Dr. Annable and Dr. Bailey took time to explain everything and the entire staff is friendly, polite, and compassionate in their care. Dr's Mike and Earl and Kim and Laren take the best care of our animals. We have had numerous surgeries and dentals done there and are more then happy. We feel like part of the family from the moment we started going to St. Francis Animal Hospital. The entire staff does post surgical and post appointment follow-ups to make sure everything is going well. We are very happy with St. Francis Animal Hospital and think you will be too. Have been looking for vet for over 2 years. This clinic offers outstanding service and technology, esp. for this area. The employees are knowledgeable and customer service motivated. Most importantly, I am totally pleased with the care my fur child received. If you are looking for a clinic/hospital where you have total confidence in the knowledge and services offered I would definitely recommend St. Francis Animal Hospital in Effingham. We drive from a neighboring town. It is worth it.

I found this wonderful place after searching for a new veterinarian for a couple weeks! I had been going to my old vet once a month because they really weren't doing what they should have been doing! It was starting to cost an arm and a leg, I Love my fur baby but I was hoping to not make a trip to the vet every month! Then I found St. Francis! Thank Goodness! My first visit was with Dr. Annable, he treated my Natty girl very kindly! He found the problem that I had been dealing with for @ least 6 months! It was like a weight that had been lifted off my shoulder! She is back to her old self once again! Since then I have had to visit a few times! We have also had the pleasure to work with Dr. Bailey! These 2 men are wonderful! The also call after a few days to make sure my Natty girl is doing well! 💛 The 2 wonderful women that help them are 2 of the sweetest you'll meet! They all make you feel like your one of them and not a burden! You can tell they Love what they do, and I am so grateful that I found this wonderful place for my fur baby! So if your looking for a vet or wanting to switch I would look into going to St.Francis animal hospital of Effingham County,LCC. Thank you all so much for loving and caring for our fur babies!

What an awesome service, so friendly, and complete check up on my big baby boy and the price was reasonable. Dr Annable took the time to explain EVERYTHING to us and you can sense the compassion and care when you walk in the door. Extremely clean office. I would recommend this veterinary service to everyone!

Zoi, our miniature schnauzer, was so sick when we took her to see Mike. They got her into surgery, put her on medication, and after a couple of days she had more energy than she'd had in months. They saved a member of our family and we will be forever grateful. Zoi is going back soon to get her teeth cleaned. We waited until February at their suggestion, since the services would be cheaper during dental month. Great, honest, doctors that are in it for the animals.

Dr Mike saw Sadie who I thought had a UTI. He went above and beyond providing additional education and care that you will never find anywhere else locally. I am so grateful for this team of experts. I definitely recommend them for your animal care.
