Uno de los varios lugares de esta área al igual q es uno de los peores lugares como de costumbre en esta área. No cuidan a los pacientes no los voltean a mi mamá le salieron heridas en sus talones en menos de cinco días lo que no había sucedido en 5 meses de estar enferma. Mientras estás ahí tratan de demostrar que los cuidan pero mientras que uno no está están ocupados pasando desayuno comida y cena. CNAs aquí y en otros NHs necesitan más profesionalismo/ etica. NO lleven a sus familiares aquí aunque la administración trata de darte o acomodarte algunas horas de visita más Pero no sirve para nada. Las enfermeras solo hacen su trabajo no escuchan cuando uno les dice mi mama no esta bien sin embargo- Una cosa positiva actuaron a tiempo cuando se puso grave mi mamà.

Este es el peor lugar para mandar a recuperacion a un paciente,en es especial para termino largo,no les importa el paciente frente ala familia ellos hacen todo pero cuando la familia no esta tratan mal alos pacientes pacientes,no entiendo como tienen funcionando ese ligar sin tener lo nesesario para atencion medica es un asco en la misma camilla banan a todos los pacientes ellos dejaron morir a mi padre,si de verdad aman a sus familiares no dejen que el hospital lo envie a este lugar mi a ningun otro centro de reabilitacion ellos solo les importa el dinero de los seguros medicos....

Don't pay attention to the bad reviews, this place is great and has been treating my loved one very well. At first I was mad they didn't respond right away as stated until I realized they are very busy even with the call light on and sometimes do forget one or two things but they do have a multitude of tasks to take care of so a gentle reminder works. They work long hours, some more than others, be patient. Very sanitary, food looks great. They care. They have a routine so if you don't see something being done, does not mean it isn't, there is a time for everything 24/7. They are short staffed but that's not the employees faults. I will be updating over time but this has been my experience 5 hrs a day for a week now.

As of 10/22/24 I would give this place only two stars. I was originally on the 4th floor and the care was good. However, I was moved to the 1st floor where the care is terrible. I was told I was being moved to be given additional Physical Therapy and this is not true. I was left on a wheelchair with no leg rests and I just had knee replacement surgery. This was extremely painful having no leg rests. I would not recommend this place.

I can’t say how the quality of care here is, but I live around the corner & this place has been blaring extremely loud classical music all day long, which is a proven tactic to deter people on the streets from hanging around (namely, homeless people). There’s already homeless people all around this street regardless, so it just seems unnecessarily irritating for them to do this, and just shows you what their attitude is towards people on the streets. I would never come here if I needed help

When I received word my 101 year old friend was being transferred here from Kaiser hospital, I was worried because of the ratings. I made sure to visit her everyday. As a retired RN, I scrutinize care and I understand staffing shortages. Though it was Nurses Week (so a lot of silly dress-up and staff walking around with plates of food), the care was very good. The food was surprisingly decent (my friend enjoyed most of it), the doctors (Lee/Chang) were attentive, PT/OT worked with her everyday, and the nursing staff (LVNs, NAs) were great - paying special attention to her hearing aids! Kudos to second floor staff: Camille, Jeff, Noemi, Kevin, Joe, Catherine, and Berry (sorry, I know there were more). Social workers addressed concerns and my friend was able to be discharged after 12 days. Keep up the good work!

Okay at first I cried when i left my dad after him having a stroke, and kaiser transferred him for rehabilitation. But so far my dad had been treated very good. I've been going every day to make sure that they are doing what is required for him to recovery. All the therapist's have been amazing with my father. However, the place needs upgrades it looks sad and old. The staff is very understaffed and they probably don't get paid well. The first floor staff have been very attentive with my dad's care.

Place not that great, was sent here form kasier for my mom. When I told them I didn't not want her here. Yesterday, I push the call button so the nurse could change my mom she said 5 minutes she would return, never return 1 minutes went by and nothing. I changed her. They don't check on her enough, she also fell from the bed and took a while to help her up and probably didn't notice she was lying there.
