Brought my two small dogs twice. I was surprised by the lack of customer service. I am a friendly person but felt I was treated with a bit of destain both
visits (even though I am a very good tipper.). The cuts were not very good, my cute little dogs looked blah.

I also had a nail clipping appointment for my large older dog at the same time. Austin haphazardly clipped and drew blood and did not care about my dog's pain. So no more . Found a nice, better and more caring groomer.

Brought my Poodle in to get him groomed. The man was very rude and insisted he was matted, he absolutely was not, his hair is very curly but not matted or tangled. His whole cut is uneven, his legs have lots of long spots. He didn't want to listen to anything we said, because "he cuts show dogs" and knows everything. Come on with that. Learn some manners and learn how to talk to a woman.

He did great with my pup. He wasn't able to do the whole groom experience because my fur baby was scared. It was his first time. He is going to work with me on price until our fur baby is adjusted to the experience and completes the full groom.

I have a senior (14 years old) imperial Shih tzu, who can no longer hear and has issues seeing. Austin is the only groomer she will have. He's is so patient with her, even with being a sass queen like she is he does a phemonal job. 10 🌟

It was a little difficult to locate...behind the funeral home, behind the fence. But Austin did a great job with Roscoe, and we will use Austin s grooming services again.🙂
