Fantastic first grooming experience for my special pup.

Hello everyone,
I just wanted to say that Joanne and her team are “Fabulous”! My dog Loki was very traumatized at the vet clinic on Main Street when they tried grooming his nails. I don’t know what happened but he had a huge fit and never let anyone touch his nails again. He’s only a year and five months old mind you so, I decided to try a groomer and called Joannes pampered paws. I explained how traumatized he was and how he screams and last time was foaming at the mouth turning blue just having a fit. They were willing to try and took him in, had to muzzle and cone him but they were able to do his nails. I was so so appreciative. I was struggling to find somebody to do his nails who is capable and willing. I waited there trying to talk to Loki in the end so he would be a little more calmer for the ladies. They they did a fabulous job. I just want to say Joanne and your team I really appreciate you!! If I could give you more than five stars, I would. Thanks again from my Loki Bear

I'm from out of town; I was up there watching my sister's dogs. They needed their paws groomed so I took them to Joanne's. They were so patient with the dogs, my sister always did their paws so this was unfamiliar territory for them. They did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Joanne's.

I've taken my dogs to Joanne over the years since she was at the Pet Country location. I'm happy she has her own place now! She has previously groomed my Husky before he passed and has groomed my Shepherd mix a few times. My Shepherd can be a little nervous for grooming but Joanne always does a great job and my dog always come home happy. Highly recommend!

Joanne is the BEST groomer for our Dog " Precious!! " We wouldn't have another one now that she has relocated.

So Happy she is open and operating once again. A much nicer location and building than before.

She is GREAT, her helper does a great job on bathing Max, There very good at what they do. JOANNE has been grooming Max for a while now and she does a very Great job. Everybody needs to take there pets there. Me and my wife are very happy. The Romero's
