I can't say enough good things about Chicago Pet Club! My dog Bowie absolutely loves it, and they take such great care of him whether he's there for the day or staying while I'm out of town. He starts pulling towards the building as soon as we step into the parking lot, and he comes home completely exhausted from so much play time! I also love that they share such cute photos of Bowie and all his friends while he's there!

Of all the doggie day care facilities my little Sith lord Vader has attended across America (we've moved a lot), this ranks up there as one of the easiest to work with. The online booking is super easy and the daily report cards are so appreciated. Vader doesn't even 'say goodbye' to me in the morning when I drop him off, just bursts into the door to see all of his friends. He comes home and goes right to the couch to rest after a long day of fun. If you're on the fence, take the plunge and choose CPC.

Alexa, James, and the CPC crew are amazing. They're super responsive, truly know how to care for multiple dogs with different personalities, and give the dogs so many enrichment activities throughout the day.l during daycare. Their grooming services are wonderful -- our dog, who doesn't love being groomed didn't have a problem with getting groomed there. They also did an amazing job for our first boarding experience and it's clear our dog is obsessed with them and the facility. Super, super recommend them!!

We had a concerning experience with Chicago Pet Club (CPC) that has unfortunately led us to reconsider our relationship with them. Our dog had been a regular customer at CPC since shortly after their opening, and we had trusted them with his care for many years. However, during his most recent stay, we encountered several issues that were troubling.

Our dog was fed incorrectly, and we later found that he had ingested a piece of aluminum foil, which he subsequently vomited. While this could have potentially caused harm, we are relieved that he did not suffer any serious effects. We took him to the vet for a thorough check-up, which included x-rays, fluids, and medication, resulting in vet bills totaling $723. Fortunately, his health was cleared, and we do not expect any reimbursement for these expenses.

We reached out to CPC to discuss the situation and express our concerns about the lack of communication and transparency during the incident. Unfortunately, our attempts to resolve the matter were met with defensiveness and a lack of acknowledgment of their role in the situation. When we requested the charges for services be waived as they were not properly rendered, we were offered only a partial discount after initial resistance. we were initially offered only a $3 discount, which we found to be an insufficient response given the severity of the situation. After further discussion, this was adjusted to a 50% discount for the night of boarding and daycare day.

We were then surprised when CPC cut off our access to their portal, making it impossible for us to view records, communicate further, or resolve the matter privately. As long-time customers and neighbors of the owners, this lack of accountability was particularly disappointing and frustrating.

It is our hope that CPC can take this feedback seriously and implement changes to improve the safety and quality of care provided to pets in their facility. For the sake of transparency, I am open to sharing screenshots of our communications with CPC to provide additional context.

Mochi went to Chicago Pet Club's daycare last week and he had so much fun!! The staff was very caring and friendly. Dropoff and Pickup was easy and fast. We just moved back to Chicago and Mochi already made a lot of new friends!!

We absolutely love CPC! We have been boarding and grooming our boy, Fritz, there for a little over a year now. We live one block away and our daily walks tend to gravitate towards CPC because he loves it there so much. The staff is very friendly, attentive, and prompt with approving services. We are so thankful to have CPC in the Uptown neighborhood!

So thankful for the care that Chicago Pet Club provides. Franklin, our 8 year old Frenchie, is paraplegic and requires specialized care. During his week stay the staff took extra care to ensure all his medical and accessibility needs were met. Its not easy to find somewhere that can care for a paraplegic pet and they exceeded my expectations. The daily photos & updates they provide are amazing too. Cannot wait for Franklin to go back!
