I have taken my beagle for grooming here since they opened. I have her shaved due to allergies, and she gets compliments on her coat constantly! Ocean is her regular groomer, and the care she and the other staff show to their "clients" is wonderful! 😊 The store itself is always neat, clean, and well stocked, so shopping during grooming time is a treat. There are smiles and greetings from the staff from the moment you walk in the store. I would give more than five stars if I could! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I took my toy AUSSIE into pet supplies plus today to get groomed. I asked them to do what they always do cut wise, as she goes there often. They failed to mention that they did not note what they usually did cut wise and instead decided on their own WITHOUT CALLING ME how she should look. You should never ever shave down a double coated dog! Now it is possible that my dogs fur will never grow back. She is susceptible to UV rays now more than ever as well. This is unhealthy and her fur can grow back matted or as previously mentioned never at all! I did not get any money taken off and they said “they will do better next time” also they cut her chest very noticeably incorrectly there is a bald line down her chest!!! 😭😭

Shopped here yesterday and the cashier was super friendly! And a gentleman even offered to carry out my giant bag of dog food! I did not catch their names, but I was there around 1ish if that helps. They even had the giant bag of Beggin Strips I needed, and the store was very clean!

The team here is amazing. From the cashiers, to the managers, to the groomers. We got lucky when I picked this place to groom Nash. Ocean was such a pleasure to work with and I love that my dog loved her too! We will definitely be returning.

I have a couple of complaints for one. There’s no changing people for children in any of the bathrooms so not too thrilled about that. I had to go back out to my car to change my child. Also, their prices are extremely high for what their products are, I can literally go to Petco or PetSmart and find either the exact same products or similar products for cheaper I don’t think I’ll be shopping there anytime soon of course they respond back with they’re more friendly than their competitors, but their competitors have kid friendly bathrooms, and are more willing to help Every time I’ve been there, I have had a bad experience each time so personally, I will not be going back

Literally THE nicest workers. Especially whoever answers the phone over there, I totally forgot to get her name. She was so sweet and helpful. The groomers are the best too. I use to take my dogs to petsmart to get their nails done and I would need to come back in a week to get them done again. For a while I thought my dogs nails just grew really quickly, until a few months ago I needed to get their nails done before a specific date and petsmart couldn't get me in in time so I tried out pet supplies plus. I will never go back to petsmart. They didn't have any issues with my dogs the way petsmart always complained, their nails were actually grinded down nicely where they didn't scratch you right after they were done, and their nails were actually cut short enough that I didn't need to bring them back the very next week. Forever a pet supplies plus fan!

The store itself is very clean and well stocked, with a very good selection of dog products (they also have cat, small animal, and aquarium supplies, but I can only really rate the dog supplies/services). The employees are also plentiful and very friendly.. But what really makes Pet Supplies Plus stand out is the self-service dog wash area. The self-wash pass is $40 for 5 washes ($8/wash) including shampoo (4 different Groomer’s Best brand options) towels, and dryers. There’s no time limit and the self-wash area is very clean. At this location there are three stalls, two large size that will fit pretty much any dog and one smaller that probably maxes out around a 40lb dog. There’s no time limit and you can bring your own brushes with you if you want. It’s first-come, first-serve, but we haven’t really ever had to wait yet. The convenience of an all in one station where you can wash and dry without moving your dog is AMAZING. I highly recommend this location.

Our Golden Retriever was groomed by Taycee and we are very happy with the results. Our dog looks and smells great and we know that she was well taken care of (and spoiled) during her spa day. This was our first time bringing her to Pet Supplies Plus and will likely be making this her normal groomer. She even got her nails painted with their new dog-safe polish! 🙂
