Everyone at this Banfield is amazing! Rachel and the ladies up front are so sweet and kind. Dr. Sammons and the vet assistants and the rest of the staff we have encountered are all top notch. They love our two fur babies and always gives them extra snuggles. Highly recommend

What a great vet, Dr Moorehead and her staff are so friendly, patient, knowledgeable and professional. I have my two senior dogs in the special Care program. My former vet wanted to charge me almost $900 to do X-rays on one of them to find out about his cough. Three X-rays were included in the $66 a month program as well as the blood panel. Not to mention dental cleaning and no vet visit bills. Wonderful program. So happy I found them. Plus they got me in the next day when my little dog was having a problem in my previous vet couldn't see him for 5 days

We are extremely happy with Dr. Sammons and the staff. Our dog Bruce was treated like a king. Dr. Sammons truly cares about your pet. Some other Vet offices look at your pet as a number. They treat Bruce like he is one of their family.

Doctor Hoffman has been working with me for months to clear up a chronic ear infection in one of my dogs. Due to his ongoing care, dedication and working with me we have finally found a solution that seems to be working. It’s quite obvious that his concern is for my dog and not about trying to sell me more services. I consider myself lucky to have found Dr. Hoffman.
The front staff are all very friendly and helpful. However, one person who stands out above the rest is Rachel. She is always happy and recognizes me when I go in. Her pleasant personality puts me at ease and she shows a genuine concern for my pets. This location truly has a great team.

Had a "Dr" tell me my dog with slightly elevated live enzymes was going to Progress quickly and I should prepare for three months. Later found out he was a fill in and with medication she should be fine. The regular staff is amazing and they are really good to our little fur children.

I can't say enough about the group here! They LOVE my furbabies! They always speak their name, and they are genuine. A few yrs ago a coyote took my poodle. I called to cancel his appt and explained why. Three days later, I received a sympathy card in the mail with everyone's individual message.
