I called about 4-5 times to make an appointment for a dry bath and lion cut. The owner didn’t answer for about 3 weeks. We made an appointment for my Shadow today and her coworker Larissa would do the service. My cat and I waited 10 minutes outside in the cold ringing the doorbell with no answer, in addition my cat got anxious and threw up twice. I had to call the owner and tell her no was there and they had to bring someone in. Now the cut, I was told she got nicked once and I noticed the cut her twice and they did not tell me. I had to take my cat to the vet to get the cuts cleaned. I will never go there again.

If you’re looking for a groomer to bring your cat to, this is THE place. Jackie was super friendly and professional, she texted me a reminder the day before about my appointment, and was so understanding when I was running late. She took great care of my cat and he was so content. He smelled great, trimmed nails, and ears cleaned!! She even put a cute bandana on him after. My cat did not seem stressed at all. I will 100% recommend and bring my cat here again.

I've called five times in a month, left voicemail and have been unsuccessful in contacting anyone or getting a return call in my attempt to *give her money* for a cat grooming appointment. I've used her services multiple times over the past few years and have always been pleased with the results of her grooming skills. HOWEVER it is virtually impossible to get anyone to answer the phone to schedule an appointment and there isn't an online option to request an appointment. Without a return phone call after calling 5 times in a month and being an established customer I'm let down and sorry to say that she's losing my business if I'm not able to schedule a much needed cat grooming appointment. She's unreliable for scheduling any consistent appointments and a customer shouldn't have to put so much effort into trying to make an appointment in which we pay for. Unless this situation improves I'm sorry to say I'll have stop considering her business and go elsewhere. I really don't understand why she doesn't return phone calls trying to support her business. It feels insulting to make an effort to support her business and not be respected enough to have my voicemails returned.

I take my Himalayan cat in for a Lion's cut and bath twice a year and Jackie always does a beautiful job with her. My cat comes out smelling wonderful, adorned with a cute seasonal kerchief, and runs around my house when we get home like she loves her new cut and in a happy mood. Reasonably priced.

I’ve brought my bigger cat here many times and each time the staff takes care of her so well and she comes home sparkly and smelling amazing! Took my new kitten today as well and they did an equally amazing job on her! Jackie and the rest of the staff are always kind, patient, and take the best care of my babies. I will continue bringing them back, I live over an hour away! And the bandanas always make my day 🙂

I regret not taking my girls to Jackie sooner! I used to live around the corner from Zulu. After the Kriser’s in Roscoe Village closed down, I couldn’t find a grooming salon that offered cat grooming, and one that was local to me. Finally, when I brought my cats to Jackie, they came out looking so fresh and beautiful! I can tell Jackie really cares about her clients and clients’ pets. Jackie always does a great job with our cats nails and teeth! She is super sweet and works amazingly well with our kitty who is not always the friendliest. We've been coming here for almost 2 years now and can't recommend her services enough! And every now and then your cat gets a cute Lil bandana 😻

They are by far the best grooming place in the city for cats. I bring all 3 of my Persians there and they absolutely adore her. Never had any issues with them. Highly recommended as they can be hard to get into sometimes. 🫶💗
