Hill Family is truly the best!! We have done both Boarding, Board and Train, and Day Care -- all of the different options have been awesome! The staff is SO friendly and caring, and genuinely excited to see our dog, Finley each time he goes. Finley is also THRILLED to go to Hill Family each time - he get's SO excited to head right into the play area to see his friends. There is a ton of engagement for pets, and most importantly he's HAPPY and EXAHAUSTED when he comes home.

The training experience was also awesome. We did 3 weeks of Board and Train and Matt did an excellent job working with Finley our very high-energy golden retriever, particularly on leash training. We are so grateful for Hill Family and couldn't recommend them more!

New post after boarding:
I am extremely happy with how well taken care of our baby was at Hill Family. He boarded with them for a full week (during Thanksgiving) and I received a daily report as well as followed their stories on IG daily. I enjoyed seeing Billy and the other pups everyday. Whenever I had a question via email, they replied immediately and usually with a phone call. They gave him a nail trim and he was clean when we got him. When we came to pick him up, we watched him from the window before having them retrieve him for us and he seemed so happy! I cannot express how much I appreciate Hill Family Pet Care and will definitely use their boarding services whenever we travel again.

We brought Billy for a trial run at Hill Family and I am impressed with the cleanliness, the friendly and knowledgeable staff and just how calm the atmosphere is with all the dogs. Billy can be very anxious but he readily walked in with the owner and when I picked him up, he wanted to go back in with the play group! I like that I can watch the pups from the window. Their play area looks fun and inviting and someone is always in there even in the wee hours of the night for the dogs who board overnight. That gives me peace since we will board our baby there for the holidays.

The front desk staff was friendly and informative. Great communication. The groomer did a beautiful job on my huge Great Pyrenees. Her wash, cut, nails, de-shedding were done to perfection.

Hill Family is wonderful! I have been utilizing their services for daycare and boarding for my mini golden doodle Olive and couldn't be happier! It is evident how much they care about the dogs and how much my dog enjoys being there (she now runs in from the care). It is so nice to trust a place to take care of my dog and know she is also happy there.

The best pet boarding facility! I usually bring my dog with me when I travel until I found Hill Family Pet Care. I feel so at ease when my dog stays there. They are so kind, knowledgeable, and take the best care of all of the pets staying there. They send daily updates and are constantly posting the dogs on their instagram. I look forward to when my dog is able to stay there. Highly recommend!

We are new to the Chicagoland area. This is the first facility that our little 7-yr-old Toy Fox Terrier has enjoyed from first entry. She comes home happy (and very tired) every time.

I boarded my pup there for a board and train, a total of two weeks. I was very nervous about leaving her there! It turned out I did not need to worry, she was so taken care of. I was kept informed about her by videos, pics and emails almost daily. She loved the trainer and usually does not like men! I would definitely recommend the training, she has improved but needs a bit more!
