My Goldens LOVE NCK! They are so excited to get there. I’ve had pictures and videos sent to me of their vacation, running in the spacious yards. Our rescue beagle is taken care of gently and in a run away from larger barking dogs and doesn’t have problems. The grooming is superb. Truly a caring facility!

We just picked our puppy up after 4 days at Nancy Crane and it was incredibly obvious that they took great care of her. She loved on the staff so much before we left. That spoke volumes!!
We chose Nancy Crane because of the large kennels they are kept in and the fact that they have their own little doggy door to go in and out on their own. We also needed a place that would take care of her special needs because she had just been spayed a few days prior (this was not a planned trip).
Two other things that were icing on the cake
1. It’s winter in St. Louis and I was sooooo pleased to hear that they had heated concrete floors in the kennel.
2. We’ve used them before and they upgraded their software, making creating an account and scheduling so easy!

Great place! Reasonably priced, friendly staff, very organized and beautiful property for your pets. My dog wasn't as nervous as he usually is when we first arrive to be groomed. From now on, this is where we will go to have my pet groomed!

Nancy's is great. They love our Greyhound and are always excited to see him come in. The boarding and grooming services are awesome and the staff is very accomodating for a greyhound (who has delicate skin & needs some extra padding in the kennel). We definitely recommend Nancy's!!

Our Shelties, Bo and Benelli are groomed and boarded at Nancy Cranes. We never worry about them as the staff cares about all of the pets they watch. The pens are clean and doesn't even smell like a kennel. Grooming is great too! Our new Papillon joined our family and is already a handsomely, groomed little guy. Highly recommended.

Over the years we have taken all of our pets there. A total of four dogs and a diabetic cat. Our vet recommended Nancy Crane years ago when our cat need insulin shots daily and we were leaving on vacation. We feel completely at ease with the staff at Nancy Crane. They are wonderful and your pet will get great care. We wouldn't use anyone else! Love them.
