They had an excellent groomer named Kyle. I went there for the grooming .Now that she does not work there I wouldn’t go back. Everything else is mediocre at best. My dogs miss their groomer .

Great neighborhood place to get my pet supplies. Like others have mentioned some of the staff can be lackluster, but truth be told, my intentions on shopping here was not to make a new friend. 🙂 Overall, the store is clean and well stocked. The staff is knowledgeable about the products they carry and have made some really good recommendations for my aging pup. Happy to have the opportunity to patronize them.

We have a high regard for the groomer, who is both kind and friendly. However, I encountered significant issues with the front desk staff. When I called to request an estimate for picking up my dog, the response was notably rude. Upon arriving at the store, the same front desk staff member continued to exhibit unprofessional behavior. When she returned with my puppy, she dropped the leash on the floor, making no effort to hand it to me directly. This pattern of unfriendliness has been consistent in several interactions, which is quite disappointing.

I absolutely love this place! My little Charlie loves them. I don’t know how they get him so cuddly soft…but I love it. They also give great tips and advice to keep our baby healthy and clean. I highly recommend A Paw Place ❤️❤️

I've had a great experience with A Paw Place from using their dog walking and pet sitting services to getting pet supplies from the store front. I somehow ended up with a new dog in the middle of medical residency and have been really fortunate to build a relationship with A Paw Place staff to efficiently and effortlessly set up dog walks and pet sitting during long works days or overnight shifts. I can genuinely say that without A Paw Place it wouldn't have been possible to care for my dog during this time. My dog also loves visiting the store every couple of weeks to pick up her food and the store staff always remember her. I am conscientious about the type of food that she eats and try my best to incorporate raw food into her diet. The store offers raw food brands like Primal Pronto and a variety of raw food meal add-ins that aren't offered at other main stream pet stores. Overall, I recommend A Paw Place to every new (and existing) dog owner - the place doesn't just provide helpful services but also moral support to take care of your pet!

It is so wonderful to have a variety pet services in Hyde Park!

I recently had my Cairn Terrier, Pippin, groomed at A Paw Place. He is a double-coated coarse-haired terrier. Kyle did a fantastic job! I wanted to keep the natural waterproof, insulating characteristics of Pippin's coat. Kyle used a coat stripping tool on his coat with a trim on his face, feet, and fanny!
Pippin is so stinkin' cute.
