I have gone to Ali’s Palis’s for all of my dogs. She’s loving and kind to all the pets. She found that one of our dogs had tumors in his mouth. We were able to go to our Vet. Our older puppy needed grooming but I didn’t want to put him through any trauma. She was wonderful with him. She works hard!!!💗🐾🐶

The option to schedule appointments via text is so convenient. Other groomers would not even answer my call. This place did a wonderful job at a great price with 0 hassle. I will continue coming here, and I highly recommend others do too.

One super amazing thing I like... Is you can deal with the entire scheduling process via text. I even got a reminder the day before via text. It's not an automated thing either. It's personal.

I find her prices are AMAZING. I'm always looking for a deal (I'm cheap,lol) so if I think her prices are great... THEY ARE GOOD! So be sure to tip good 😊!

Anyway... My family all goes to Alis Palis... That's what brought me there. The staff is always kind... I love when you walk in you can see them grooming other dogs so you can see the environment your dog is in while they are there. I have been there 3 times myself and every dog seems stress free. I know when I give my baby a bath she's terrified the entire time... I walked in last time and you would have thought she was a princess getting her hair done.

I'm also weird and I have a certain way I want my little Ophelia Aileen Marie's hairs did... Like... I should prolly make a map of how I want her hair cut cause I'm sure it makes no sense. I was greeted with complete acceptance on my strange hair do.

But what really set them apart from me today... I was off and get up super early. My appointment was at 10am. I fell asleep at about 9 am and didn't wake up till 10! I texted apologizing and got an instant text back that was really sweet and understanding that I can still bring her in... Maybe it really wasn't a big deal for them... But they have a business to run and I know they had to schedule me to get me in...But she was so understanding. I was afraid they would cancel and it's hard for me to get time to bring her. I was late and they could have easily been hateful... But she was so kind and understanding. I'm not saying you should be late .. I'm saying this is the type of personal service you get!

Im pretty quirky all around... But being an inconvenience to others gives me anxiety .. and I'm so thankful she was so kind and understanding! I can only imagine after dealing with people all day long... And others not valuing her time\business and missing appointments or being late... She could have easily been bitter and hateful. She had every right... She didn't just "deal" with me being late, but she took a dash of my guilt away the way she spoke with me.

While I can't promise I won't mess with Ophelia Aileen Maries hair between services, I can say I won't cheat on Alis Palis!

Went in for the walk in nail clippings with my 3 fur babies. They attended us right away and were very kind and attentive. Will be back for groomings now.

After our beloved groomer retired, I took a chance and booked our first appointment based on great reviews. I noticed very happy customers in the parking lot smiling with their dogs at drop-off and pick-up which made me feel confident that I picked the right place. They were very friendly and did a great job on my mini Aussie. His coat had a great shine and was super soft and scented just right. Definitely recommend!

Their answering machine message says that walk-ins are welcome any time before 4. I went in at 2pm with my pet to have her brushed with the deshedder and they said “sorry, cats are appointment only.” I called them FOUR times throughout the day to make sure (and I even left a voicemail) but out of the 3-4 employees in there, ALL of them refused to answer the phone which was a few feet away from them. There’s no way they didn’t hear the phone. And it wasn’t hectic or busy either; they were working at a leisurely pace and were clearly not overwhelmed with work. It would’ve been great to know that before taking my cat on a traumatizing 40 minute car ride. If my pet was a dog I wouldn’t be so upset about the drive, but most cats get really stressed from car rides. I walked out without a word. It says nothing about this arbitrary rule on their website. Needless to say, I’m not going to this place again if they’re going to be misleading like this. Do your potential customers a basic courtesy and be more specific in your voicemail message, especially if your phone is only there for decoration. I went and bought a deshedder and did the job myself. Can’t wait to hear what ridiculous cat-discriminating response they have to this.
