HIGHLY recommend getting the Wellness Care plan. The monthly payments are a fraction of what the yearly need would cost without the plan.

Overall, lovely place that makes me and my cat feel taken care of.

Dr. McCarthy has consistently been incredibly kind, communicative, and helpful during every visit. She has wonderful bedside manner and makes you feel like your pet is being taken care of with the dignity they deserve. Surgeries for pets can be really scary, but they made us feel as good as you can when one of you furry friends needs help.

GoodVets Andersonville has been absolutely fantastic in caring for my new puppy, Chubs, a miniature American shepherd. From the moment we stepped into the clinic, the entire staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. They took the time to make sure Chubs was comfortable, and they were so patient in answering all of my questions as a first-time puppy owner.

The vets here are knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely care about their patients. They gave me excellent advice on how to keep Chubs healthy and happy, and the attention to detail during the check-up was truly impressive. I feel confident knowing that Chubs is in great hands at GoodVets.

A really great experience!!! We received much better care than the three other vet's offices that we've been to in the past. They were communicative, kind, and didn't make us feel guilty for not accepting their entire quote - like other places do. Highly recommend!!!

We faced significant communication issues during our visits. Each time we came in for simple lab work for our cat, unexpected charges appeared on the invoice. While one tech eventually acknowledged my concerns about these added expenses, it was frustrating to navigate lengthy explanations.

Additionally, one front desk employee made interactions more challenging, and during one visit, we waited over an hour for a routine procedure without any acknowledgment of the delay.

The vet techs are clearly trying their best, but the overall experience felt lacking. I recommend seeking a local vet instead, as this corporate environment seems to prioritize financial gain over patient care. I'm giving 2 stars for the techs' efforts, but I was disappointed overall.

Yes, I received your email on New Years Eve while traveling and planned to respond to it. I just did.

I NEVER received a phone call. I just checked missed calls and voicemails to verify, I have no record of anyone from GoodVets trying to contact via phone after we sent an email relieving GV of their services.

Amazing service! I've avoided the vet for long because I never liked the transparency of staff and services but GoodVets proved that wrong right on my first visit! I loved how the vet and the vet tech came in together to make my pup fee more at ease and distracted her with treats. I appreciate the transparency in services and offering a plan that would overall be more affordable and boosted my confidence in being able to provide care for my pet.
