I love GoodVets! They're always so accommodating and answer all my questions about my pet. The staff is incredibly friendly and always takes great care of my furry friend. They're proactive about educating me and go above and beyond to ensure my pet is well cared for. I feel confident my pet is in good hands with them! And I love that they have resident cat Kiwi!!!! She is super friendly and adorable !!!

Great first experience at GoodVets Uptown. Abby, Iris, and Dr Z were all super welcoming to my furry dummy & myself. My dog is not a fan of veterinarians and everyone worked very hard to put him at ease and work with his comfort levels while still getting the job done. Everyone we met was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. I appreciated the thorough explanation of services, costs, and alternatives and was surprised at the affordability and benefits included in their GoodPets+ care plan. Plus we got a Welcome goodie bag. Ted says "Thanks for the swag!"

I will refer absolutely anyone and everyone I know to their nearest GoodVets! I’ve been taking my pup Lando ever since we rescued him. Their staff is so patient, warm, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They are always transparent with pricing so you are never pushed into treatments wondering about how much it will cost. I now take my in-law's dog, Lily, to GoodVets after many bad experiences with her previous vet. I was so worried after seeing her in major distress, previous vets could not treat her for fear of hurting herself or someone else. I’m not exaggerating when I say the GoodVets team are literal angels and worked a miracle with Lily. She now has 2 positive experiences at the vet with no doubt many more to come!! Thank you for taking care of my beloved child and making our visit stress-free. Even my extremely anxious cat was calm and well behaved with the staff here because they were so gentle. Every staff person here was so nice! They did a great job with my anxious dog and took time to answer my questions. They were very professional and had a written estimate for me before I even asked, and did not pressure me into any optional treatments or tests. It felt very transparent. And bonus - the office is super cute, modern, and clean!!

Dr Yohanna is a superb clinician and has taken excellent care of my little baby girl, Callie. Hands down the most compassionate and thorough veterinarian I have even been to; there's not enough words to express how thankful I am to have found this vet!

I just went there to get a $10 DFA tag for my dog since we don’t live in Chicago and we didn’t want to get ticketed for taking him to dog parks. The place has a parking lot and is welcoming and clean. Josh was kind and helpful. All I had to do was show my dogs’s paperwork from our hometown vet to prove he was fully vaxed & giardia free and pay for the price of the tag. I consider this a very kind thing to do; since we are non-clients from out of town, they could not have profited from helping us. (I had called another vet prior and they wouldn’t do it without an exam first but didn’t have the tags anyway.) I got the impression that true animal lovers run the place. If we ever did require a vet while traveling to the north side of Chicago I would choose this place based on my experience today.

Dr. Yohanna and the GoodVets Uptown team were so wonderful to my senior lady, Lucy. We moved to Chicago earlier this year, and sadly, we lost Lucy in December after 19 beautiful years. Dr. Yohanna, Dr. Kim, Josh, Abbey, and the team all ensured her final days were filled with compassion and care, treating her with dignity and love. Dr. Yohanna especially, guided us through every step of managing her final days and keeping her comfortable.

I will always be grateful for the kindness shown by this location and the vets who showed care to my spicy yet sweet girl.
