Highland Animal Hospital had been a God send for me and my elderly dog. They have been so accommodating and communicative. Their prices are reasonable in my opinion, and it’s easy for me to get an appointment, which is one of the main reasons we left Dyer Animal Clinic. The staff has been so wonderful, and we’ve been really happy with Dr. Arteaga. I can’t thank them enough for their caring and loving demeanor and excellent care they’re provided my dog, Charlie! Highly recommend.

After finding out the our veterinarian had closed without even giving us a notice, I called Highland to see if they would take us as new patients. Lisa answer the phone and she was extremely accommodating and guide me and help me get in ASAP as I needed medication for Milo. On my appointment day everyone was very welcoming and DR. Roman was great with Milo… highly recommended them.

I don't like the fact that they absolutely DO NOT take walk inns. If you truly are in the business of caring for pets, that should be an option to be treated.

Came here because my dog had blood in their stool, I spent over 6 hours waiting in a small room to figure out what’s wrong with her.. (they have LONG wait times) come to find out they never took the two stool samples I gave them after coming here 3 separate times to find out what’s wrong with her. I spent well over 1,000 in testing to find out what’s wrong with her here till eventually the dr said he had NO idea and sent me off to a different vet because he didn’t want to deal with it. I took her to a different vet and they immediately took a stool sample and found out it’s just worms/ parasites. A simple diagnosis.. Please don’t come here unless you want your time wasted and money wasted.
