I was in need of reptile tank items and knew nothing really about what to buy. Grayson and two young ladies at the Pekin location were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I will be returning for all of my pet needs. Their customer service was excellent!!!

The cash register had an issue and they could not produce a receipt. I told the cashier that the amount had came out of my account but still had to wait until they could provide a receipt.

New worker steals. Curly hair glasses skinny chick. She folds the receipt over and tells you a dollar shorter than what your suppose to get back. so she can keep a dollar off each purchase. It's only a dollar and i wasnt gonna argue with her. Watch your change when you get it.
I do not wish to talk to you guys. I buy crickets every 2 days for my lizards for the last 3 years. I will just go to pet co instead.

I always purchase my dog food here, nowhere else sells it and he’s very picky. There is always some kind of sale on or coupons are offered. Staff friendly and helpful.
This time there was a big donation bin into which I put a lot of cat food and cat beds. My lovely cat had just recently crossed rainbow bridge and I had been carrying his stuff around in my car with the intention of dropping off at TAPS. This donation bin saved me a trip and heart ache at seeing the dogs looking hopeful but then sad as I walk away.
As an update, I always order my dog’s food online, they email me when it’s ready for pick up. The order is always correct. Staff are always friendly.

Friendly and helpful workers. Wouldn't let me feed the cats but I understand. The cashier said it up sets their tummies. LoL! Nice clean store, that is conveniently by a grocery store.

I shop here off and on for my pet supplies. it's a smaller store then our other pet stores in the area but the staff is very knowledgeable helpful and friendly. On my last shopping spree there I picked up 3 benches and now I'm proud to announce they were quite happy in our huge Aviary with her other five Birds and now we are the proud parents of three baby finches. Animals especially Birds need to be well care for in order to still breed once you bring them home so they're direct Testament to the care that they are received and that store are babies hatched about 5 weeks after I bought them. So yes Pet Supply Plus in Pekin is my favorites pet pet store
