Korbyn and Kae were amazing today..I ran in frazzled, needed a cat carrier because our cat had to go to the groomer. It had to be put together and they took the time to do that for me. The cat is a big boy and was already upset. They were so kind and helpful and they even had a lint rooler for us to use. They deserve a pat on the back because i was distressed and they were so very kind.

i always wondered what this place was like so me and my boyfriend went the other day, i have six ferrets 3 girls and 3 boys all rescued, one of my boys came from pet supplies plus, i cannot with how freaking dirty the cage was and the ferrets had no food i am pissed every other animal in there was taken good care of but the damn ferrets, im sorry but its rly not that hard to keep a ferret cage clean and give them some damn food, poop everywhere and they had a litter box with no litter in it? how do you expect that to work and a little bit of food thrown at the bottom pan while the ferrets slept on the bottom pan and one little small bowl literally a hamster size bowl for two ferrets is insane and there was poop everywhere, ferrets need fresh food and water at all damn times, ferrets eat a lot and drink a lot of water and they are poop machines im just really disappointed with how neglected they were even petco does better with keeping it clean and making sure they have food and water at all times and actually puts stuff they can sleep with im just really disappointed and mad i expected better from this place.

It is a nice place with lots of items for different kinds of animals. They do sell reptiles and other small mammals. I will say there are some things you can get cheaper elsewhere though and the staff isn't overly helpful either
