Honestly, I always recommend this place to take care of my dog, with friends or people I know. But on July 24, my dog, a German shepherd, stayed with them for 5 days and even though they had his record, the staff never checked that my dog ​​is neutered, the day we delivered him they asked us again and we said yes.

When I returned from a trip, my dog ​​began with strange behavior with anxiety, he didn’t follow commands, he barked a lot, he cried at night and he didn’t want his cage.

We called to ask if something happened and they told us that my dog ​​was locked up and isolated because he is not neutered, obviously it was a mistake of YOU staff.

Thank you for his service and for losing a client who really trusted you.

Honestamente siempre recomende este lugar para el cuidado de mi perro , con amigos o personas que conocia . Pero en Julio 24 , mi perro un pastor aleman se quedo 5 dias con ellos y a pesar que ellos tenían su récord, el personal nunca reviso que mi perro esta castrado, el dia que lo entregamos nos volvieron a preguntar y le dijimos que si.

Al regresar de viaje mi perro empezo con una conducta extraña con ansiedad , no seguia comandos , ladraba muchisimo , lloraba en las noches y no queria su jaula.

Llamamos a preguntar si paso algo y nos informaron que mi perro estuvo encerrado y aislado por que no esta castrado , obviamente fue un error de su personal.

Gracias por su servicio y por perder a un cliente de verdad confiaba en ustedes .

Dog Hotel is amazing! I have been taking one of my dogs, Ariel, there for a year now for daycare twice a week. She gets so excited when I when I remind her it is a “school day” and then always comes home exhausted. She is an Australian Cattle dog so has so much energy to get out! After I started working from home more often, she started to show separation anxiety when I was dropping her off. The team at Dog Hotel worked through this with me and Ariel and we eventually ended up having the transportation team (Joe and Mariana) add Ariel to the morning pickup schedule, which solved everything! Ariel now looks out the window waiting for her ride to “school” 😍

My pups and I love this place! I have used their daycare, boarding, and grooming services. The staff have all gone above and beyond in their customer service and how they care for my girls. Also from booking to picking them up is such an easy process. I have a puppy who loves her playtimes here. I also have a blind senior 16 year old little old lady who is on alot of meds and I don’t trust everyone with her. However she had her first boarding stay here and I felt very comfortable she got the best care! Highly recommend!

Dog is truly the best doggy daycare we have tried in Chicago! Our dog Goose sprints in every day and has the best time during his stay, no matter if it’s just a day of daycare or a week of boarding. We feel so confident knowing he’s safe and having fun and never think twice about sending him to Dog. Our dog, Amy, has struggled with separation anxiety and hasn't been well-socialized with other dogs, which has made finding a good place for her a challenge. But the team at Dog. Hotel has truly been a godsend. They’ve gone above and beyond to care for her, providing a safe and loving environment. Amy absolutely adores the attention and care she receives there, and we feel so much more at ease knowing she’s in such capable hands.

My dog loves coming here. Hes always so excited cant wait to get out of the car. Hes been coming since he was 10 weeks old and hes now 2! The staff is amazing and being able to watch him play in day care puts me at ease. Cant recommend enough for shift workers or front line workers

I have been taking my dog to Dog Hotel since she was about 4.5 months old and SHE LOVES it. I love that I know the staff are looking out for her and care every time she comes in. The hours and services are also unmatched. I was having a lot of trouble with her first groomers, and now have her groomed at Dog Hotel and they do a great job for a solid price.
