I would like to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to the staff and medical team at TIRR Herman Memorial Greater Heights for the exceptional care they provided to our daughter. She arrived six weeks after experiencing a cardiac arrest and suffering from an anoxic brain injury and just began her rehabilitation and recovery journey. When she first came to TIRR, her ability to communicate was minimal, and she had only taken a few steps.

During her time there, the medical team worked wonders in the five weeks she spent in rehab. Our daughter began walking without assistance, her vocabulary expanded significantly, and she was able to express both her likes and dislikes (challenging times). The staff was incredible, offering not only expert care but also tremendous support to our daughter and our entire family.

A special thank you to her PT, OT, and Speech Therapist — Fatima, Remy, and Allison — along with many others who played a vital role in her recovery. We are deeply appreciative of all the nurses and sitters who took a genuine interest in her progress. Thank you for your kindness, love, and unwavering support.

Tori, Madi and Courtney were an excellent team and I learned a lot of useful exercises I can continue to do at home so I can progress. Thank you for all the help, training and encouragement. I had a brain tumor removed on June 14th of 2021. I've completed cancer treatment and doing awesome. I had a follow up surgery on August 16th of 2021 and then was placed at tirr for rehab.The staff at tirr is amazing! Very caring and encouraging. I couldn't have asked for more during such a difficult time. I would give them 100 stars if I could.Thank you everyone at Tirr! Brain cancer is being defeated. Driving and doing everything I want to do. Tirr was a stepping stone in getting back my confidence. I stuck with working out,dropped 100 pounds and feel great. All mri scans and blood work remain perfect going on 4 years. Cancer treatment was complete on March 10th of 2023. Tirr was absolutely top notch in Every catalogory.
