I'm very disappointed in their communication skills. We've had our appointment for almost a month. We've gotten 3 reminders in texts messages and a phone call reminder. The up to date shots and rabies were mentioned every single time. When our appointment came to time we drove 30 min at $4.06 a gallon in gas to get there. We get there and they want their rabies lot number! Now that was not mentioned. This was a total inconvenience and by the way this was at 6 in the evening. Just not sure why this wasn't mentioned in any of our reminders... she said we could reschedule...I was so upset I said no and left. It was hectic getting them there in the first place. So everyone reading this make sure your rabies lot number is on the paper the vet gives you.

1st time here! We stopped on a Friday around 3 pm, after getting done eating next door and it wasn’t busy at all. Was greeted while walking in and was asked if we needed help. There is a self dog washing station in the back. Tons of pet food options available. Tons of parking available.

My 5yr old son accidently knocked a little aquarium decoration off a random shelf not even close to the fish. The manager quickly came around the corner and glared at us
upset my child had knocked something down. She told me it was $10, i would have willingly paid it if she hadn't come around the corner with a nasty attitude. She said "well if you don't pay it, it's coming out my my paycheck, but whatever" could have been more professional in my opinion. Isn't that what store insurance is for?

I love pet supply. The staff is wonder and friendly and always helpful. My dogs all love going even if it's just to socialize. I do wish they had more sport dog toys and equipment but I can't expect that much from just a pet store.

The cashier was amazing he helped me set up my pet account card and then a few weeks later I was buying 2 things of cat litter he even took the time helped me figure out if it was clumping !! just amazing very professional cashier such a sweet guy ..!!! He should be a manager!!

I buy 2 cases of Fancy Feast Florentine & treats every week. I rack up the rewards points fast and cash in $15 coupons often! Cashiers are really nice & helpful plus plenty of parking. I've never had any personal experience with the grooming department personally because I've had friends who've said some pretty negative things about it but everything else is wonderful!!!
