As remote-working dog owners, we need daycare for our high-energy puppy (now 1 yrs old) in order to focus at home. We went through the experienced of trying many others in the city and were continuously disappointed at the lack of care, attention, dog knowledge and even cleanliness of most daycares. Active was well worth the waiting list and our puppy loves it. They genuinely know and love dogs here. We are much happier knowing we finally found the right spot 🙂

Active! Is great. We have taken our dog to a few different daycares over the years and Active! Is by far the best. Our dog is fairly high energy and they have been able to work wonders with him so he can get all the play he needs as well as know when and how to calm him down when needed. The only bad part is I didn’t take him there sooner. Really happy with them and what they have been able to do with our pup.

This place is fantastic! They treat our pups like family, and I feel great knowing they are in good hands. Both of my dogs have separation anxiety, but will scratch at the front door of Active because they can’t wait to get in. They have no problem being away from us if that means they get to play at daycare. We appreciate this facility and everyone that works there!

Amazing staff, the owner interviews every single new dog for temperament and you can tell they care about what they do. We've been taking our pup for a few months and every staff member is friendly and professional and knew him by name within a week. Our dog gets so excited when I pull out the collar he wears only to daycare which is really what matters the most.

We have been ride or die Active! customers from day one, and will continue to be until we move even further away. See, we don’t even live in Chicago anymore and still drop off our trio at Active! anytime we have a trip that brings us through town. No one else treats our dogs as well as we do. Our dogs might even argue they get treated better there, if they could argue. And talk.

Active Dog has been an amazing Daycare and overall experience for our little pupper. There was a bit of a wait-list. After that we got a spot. The verification of our pups vaccines records and an in-home visit before the spot made us very sure this would be a good experience.
The staff there is amazingly friendly, professional and the owners as well. They do a great job and I love supporting a local business!
We rest easy knowing our pupper is in caring loving hands and she in turn gets socialization excersize and mental stimulation. She comes home tired and content. It's a win win.
