I’ve visited Dog Play Care facility primarily for grooming, and my experience has been decent. Your experience may vary depending on certain factors.

Staff & Service:

The quality of service seems to depend a lot on the staff. Some team members are extremely kind and seem to have a great rapport with my dog, while others, not as much. I did have one incident where my dog was uneasy to a particular staff member, and since switching to a different groomer, I haven’t had any issues. It seems like the experience can depend on the chemistry between your dog and the staff.

Facilities & Cleanliness:

The facility itself is clean, spacious, and well-maintained. I always feel comfortable with the level of care they provide in terms of the environment. They also offer events and activities.

Boarding & Daycare:

While I haven’t used the boarding or daycare services personally, from what I’ve observed, the setup seems to cater to larger group play. My preference is for smaller groups, based on my dog’s personality, so this might not be the best fit for everyone. It’s definitely something to consider if your dog has specific social preferences.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but Dog Play Daycare deserves a special mention. The facility is well-maintained, and the staff are incredibly attentive. They really take the time to get to know each dog, making sure they’re comfortable and well cared for.

Under the new ownership, I’ve noticed some great improvements that have really elevated the overall experience. It’s clear that they go above and beyond for every dog that comes through.

If you’re looking for a reliable and caring place for your pet, I highly recommend Dog Play Daycare. They’ve truly impressed me!

I bring my dog in for nail trims and baths. They are always nice. They get everything done promptly. My dog doesn't like his nails trimmed and has had bad experiences at local places. He can be a handful but they have been so patient with us. Thank you so much.

My dog love the staff there and they do a wonderful job treating him as if he was their own dog. He gets lots of attention and play time. He is always tired when coming home for the day after day care. He gets tons of social interaction with other dogs and the staff. Highly recommended bringing your dog here.

I will absolutely be bringing our dog back here! We were in a pinch this morning when our dog walker cancelled and we didn’t want to leave our puppy home alone all day. When I called at 6:30 to ask if they could take him Danny said yes without hesitation took such great care of him! All of the staff members I talked to were kind, helpful, understanding and super supportive! They even texted me check ins and pictures of him throughout the day! Thank you Danny for everything 🙂

Our little family absolutely LOVES Dog Play Day Care. Our pup Loki goes there quite often, about 2-4 times a week due to my husband's and mine busy schedules. He's an ~80 lb anatolian/great pyrenees mix and needs a lot of activity on a regular basis. We have total peace of mind knowing that Loki is safe and getting the best care + play time while at DPDC. Never have had any issues with other doggies there, the staff is absolutely wonderful and always accommodating (even when we have last minute taxi requests --THANK YOU DPDC!!!).

I can tell they do a good job because Loki loves them and is always excited to see everyone. We love everyone but I really need to give a shoutout to Danny - she's consistently gone above and beyond to show love, support, and responsible care taking for our pup and others. We can't thank you enough - this day care has been a life saver for us and our busy schedules.

We LOVE Dog Play Day Care! Both of our fur babies are regulars and come home happy and exhausted after every visit. The DPDC staff are all top notch professionals who treat each pup like family. Our puppy has terrible separation anxiety after I worked from home for more than a year and barks nonstop when crated at home. He sprints inside DPDC at drop-off every morning, thrilled to see his all of his human and dog friends. It is such a comfort to know that he is safe and entertained while I am at work. I love being able to check the cameras throughout the day and feel confident that both of my dogs are happy.
