Ryan trained my dog Wrigley. When I first got Wrigley he was pad trained. When I started to take him outside he did not associate that with having to go. I worked with two different trainers and there wasn’t much of a change. I met with Ryan and he listened to my concerns and wrote out a detailed action plan. I am happy to say that Wrigley now is going outside. Ryan was always available to answer any questions and addressed any concerns, always kept me informed. I 100% recommend Ryan for any training.

We love PUPS! I have been bringing my Lab/Pit mix Licorice here since adopting him in 2022. The attendants always recognise him by name & he is so excited to see them. He occasionally gets baths and nail trims as well. Licorice loves the manager Andii! He looks forward to it every week and comes home exhausted for the next 24 hours. I also love the report cards and themed photo shoots.

I've been bringing my dog to PUPS Pet Club - Lakeview since I got him in spring 2020 for daycare, boarding, and grooming. We love it! We've also tried other PUPS locations, but the current staff at Lakeview is by far the best. They take really good care of the dogs and it's clear that they actually know them and pay attention to them. They sometimes even recognize my dog on the street before I recognize them, and they know all his little mannerisms, likes and dislikes. I really like that I can see what's going on all day through cameras in each room. Whenever I've had concerns or feedback, the staff has done a good job of addressing them. Brenda gives the best haircuts!

My puppy Pierre has been going to PUPS for daycare the past few months and we both love it! Everyone is super nice and so caring, I never have to worry about him while he’s there. Pierre once had a minor incident and the manager reached out to me immediately after taking care of him with photos and lots of details. They’ve been very accommodating with package extensions and last minute appointments too! We can’t say enough great things about this place!!

I cannot say enough about how much I (and my dog) love PUPS. They have the most caring staff, a clean environment and wonderful enrichment for the dogs. They have been an instrumental part of his upbringing having handled him since he was a very young puppy. They have helped socialize him, groom him, and keep him happy and active; I am forever grateful for that. Thank you PUPS for all that you do!

We love PUPS! We take our 50 lb Bernedoodle to the Lakeview location a few times a week and she LOVES it. She’s always so excited to go and the staff at PUPS get so excited to see her. She has plenty of opportunities to play and nap throughout the day and comes home the perfect level of tired.

Grooming 5 stars. Puppy playcare 2.5 stars. Will be back for grooming, not for daycare. Website offers snuggle time and walks. We got neither of these and I had to narc the whole time on the camera and called to ask for someone to walk my pup. Which lasted for 75 seconds, no exaggeration. For $65, this was a complete waste of time and money! Grooming however went well - first time with Anderson and they were so great and supportive! Highly recommend.
