Emily is the best groomer I’ve found for my Pomeranian. She is just so excited to give your best friend a spa day. My dog Tuxedo has never been so excited to go to a “spa day” and also looked and cared for so well after. Pet Care Plus has been an amazing place for our dog, Storm. She has stayed there multiple times, and each visit has been a great experience. The staff is incredibly responsive and always friendly, which makes us feel comfortable leaving her in their care. We especially love the daily report card they provide, keeping us updated while we're away. Storm always comes home happy and worn out from all the fun she has. Pet Care Plus truly feels like a second home for her, and we highly recommend it for your dog as well!

We started bringing our 18 month old mini schnauzer here about two months ago and so far we have been really impressed! The facilities are very clean and well maintained, and the staff is always very kind and helpful. We also love being able to check in on her throughout the day with the cameras! We feel good about bringing her here week after week.

We also started scheduling grooming appointments during day care, which is so convenient. Our dog is not easy to groom, as she mats very easy and hates being brushed. Recently, Emily went above and beyond and groomed her so well despite the trouble our dog gave her 🙂 We couldn’t be happier with how the haircut turned out and the dedication and kindness that Emily the groomer displayed. We will definitely keep bringing our dog back to her!

We’ve been going to PetCP for about 12 years. They always are wonderful with our pup! Since our dog is an older lady now, she just goes for grooming, but loved the doggy daycare when she used to go. Her groomer is gentle with our nervous dog. She always looks gorgeous and happy after her groom! I highly recommend all their services.

We take our dog there for grooming and boarding occasionally and it's always a fantastic experience. Super friendly staff, good updates during boarding, and really responsive. They're the best!

They are such a wonderful dog centric place! We have been taking our 2+ year old Boston mix here for about a year and he looooves it and they love him! being able to see him play and get reports of how he does each day makes me feel better about sending him to Pet Care for daycare and boarding. He always comes home happy and exhausted, which is exactly what I want!

If your dog cries or pant during grooming, this facility may not be the right fit for you. Before my appointment, I confirmed 4 times with both the staff and the groomer whether they could manage a non-aggressive dog that cries when held in a crate near other dogs for extended periods. Each time, I was reassured that they were experienced in handling dogs that are vocal or anxious. Unfortunately, this was not the case.

Upon arrival, the groomer incorrectly assumed that my dog was a puppy, despite my clarification that she is four years old—an error stemming from a mix-up in the application. My partner was also accused about our dog’s age during pickup, and throughout the experience, the groomer was unprofessional, rude, and condescending.

Had the groomers been more transparent about their abilities, communicated more effectively, and treated us with respect, I would have completely understood that not all grooming facilities are equipped to handle anxious dogs. However, their dismissive attitude, lack of professionalism, and demeaning comments were disappointing.

I will not be returning to this facility and cannot recommend it to other dog owners. Every dog has unique needs, and it’s clear that this establishment is not prepared to accommodate dogs requiring a a little bit more attention or a different kind of attention.

Emily was great with my Mia and her nail trim. Mia can be a little…ummm… resistant… but from the moment we walked in the staff and groomers were amazing!

Already booked a full spa day for my girl to bring in the new year so fresh and so clean!
