We cannot say enough about the peace of mind having our fur babies stay the weekend at the Off-Leash Hotel. Our dogs are rescues and come with baggage, they do not like slippery floors, they lived the first year of their lives entirely outside. Caesar really struggles with it, Luna has a bit more confidence. In the play rooms Caesar would lay and watch the other dogs play, Luna would check in on Caesar from time to time. Outside Caesar would really shine with his tail wagging and Luna was a little bit cautious and at the same time fully enjoying the other dogs and basking in the sunshine. We enjoyed receiving our report cards of how the dogs were doing as well as some photos. The live camera feeds were really nice to be able to check in on them occasionally. The owner and staff love dogs as well as caring for them and it truly shows. When we picked up our dogs a staff member told us that they used towels to help Caesar, that was exactly what the shelter would to to help him. This extra loving care means so much to us, we really appreciate it. Highly recommended Off-Leash Hotel!

We've gone to Off-Leash Hotel now for about a month and we're loving it! I went and toured several places before choosing a doggie daycare. This place had a passionate and responsive owner, clean and spacious facilities, plus webcams, an attentive staff, and a system in place to prevent crowding.

We've now tried out doggie daycare, boarding, and grooming, and I think we've found our "go-to" place. We had a great experience with daycare and boarding - our dog has come out happy and tired every time. They have a lot of in-depth questions about food and medicine in their app, so you can fill in all the details before you drop your dog off.

The owner, John, has parties for the dogs around the holidays and he hand-makes treats. Our dog has loved the treats every time (and he is super picky)! You can tell he has so much enthusiasm for his business and it is reflected in the details he puts in to everything there.

I just had to come write a review after we had our boy groomed for the first time today. They did a phenomenal job and their prices were so reasonable. I included pictures of our boy, fresh and handsome for the holidays!

Thank you so much, Off-Leash! We were nervous to try and find somewhere to replace our old daycare after we moved. You guys have made that decision easy!

My sweet dolly LOVES going to day care and playing with her friends. Off Leash facility is clean and well maintained. There is someone with the pets at all times to ensure safety. When Dolly comes home, she’s pretty tuckered out from all ten fun she’s had. Also, the staff will send report cards with pictures to let you know how your pup

We took our dog here for the first time for a long weekend stay last month and we loved our experience. He doesn’t get much experience playing with other dogs and the staff did such a good job ensuring he was introduced to the group in a way that worked for everyone and adjusted his needs as they went along. Very friendly and thorough staff and I felt very comfortable leaving my dog there and knew he would be well taken care of. We will definitely bring him back in the future!

We absolutely love the Off-Leash Hotel! Our dog looks forward to every stay and daycare day here, and it’s easy to see why. The staff is incredibly kind, patient, and truly passionate about each dog in their care. They go above and beyond to make every dog feel at home and to accommodate any special needs or requests. The play and socialization environment is top-notch — it’s safe, fun, and allows the dogs to really interact and build social skills.

One of my favorite things is the webcam, where I can check in and see my dog having a blast with friends. You also receive adorable pictures, report cards, and regular updates that make you feel connected and confident that your pet is in great hands. It's clear they genuinely care about each pup, knowing them all by name and personality. I can't say enough good things about the Off-Leash Hotel; it's truly the best place for dog boarding and daycare. Highly recommend!

Love this place for our puppy! She loves her time there. She is well supervised and the venue is CLEAN. The staff is attentive to the dogs and feel comfortable and confident our dog is in caring and good hands. The socialization and interaction our dog gets is so important, watching the live video is a good way to see the safe and caring service Off-Leash provides!

Our pups love staying with Off-Leash dog hotel! We always feel safe leaving our girls with them. They are well taken care of and they come home smelling good is a plus! They have never came home with that stinky dog boarding smell- and we dont even have them have the exit baths!! Thank you Off-Leash staff for taking such good care of our fur babies 🙂
