Very unprofessional, the problem with small ma and pop shops they make up their own rules and policies as they go,with no real written agreements. After trying to make an appointment for 2 months the owner blocked my number with no call back or text like usually, once I called from a different number Auburn the owner immediately called back. Tried to make an appointment and my services were denied saying I was a NCNS twice which was a lie, no proof was provided of the appointments even being made. And I wasn't given the courtesy of being notified of the policy after the 1st so called NC. Good businesses have policies in writing and give their clients warning.I was NEVER notified of a ncns policy. I should've been told and notified respectfully instead of my calls being ignored and if I had 2 ncns why not give me a warning after the 1st one.again proof of an appointment ever being made was not provided, denied me services and made up a story. I've never been so disgusted at services provided in my life and the lack of professionalism on top of the uncleanness of the place.

THE BEST groomer I’ve gone to. My 1 yr old pit bull had a wash, nails trimmed, blown out and the cutest scarf for Christmas when finished. I’d gone to other places and you couldn’t tell she had a bath. My puppy smelled so pretty and you could tell she was treated so well. Thank you so much for taking good care of my baby. I’ll be back every two weeks! GREAT JOB!
