I would give Dr. Sill and her team 100 stars if I could! Especially Lauren ♥️ We have been going there for about 20 years. Recently we found out our 10 year old lab had osteosarcoma that started with a growth in his toe which led to sometimes two visits a day to change the dressing from the growth that was bleeding non stop. They were so accommodating! We had to ultimately take him to UW Vet clinic and found out he would have had to had his entire leg amputated with some other complications and unfortunately it was in his best interest to lay him to rest. I had my sister-in-law call there at 3 o’clock in the afternoon and they said got here when you can we will wait. They gave us time to bring him home and make our baby a steak and give him lots of other treats and love before we had to make the decision to not put him through all of that pain and torture. I cannot say enough about how sweet Dr. Sill l and her staff were to me and my children and my husband, who unfortunately had to be there via FaceTime. Their love is so genuine and heartfelt and made it just a little bit easier to put our boy to rest. Thank you Dr. Sill and your amazing team ♥️

Staff are all friendly and seem to take great care of my babies. One of my cats is not the best behaved, so they tried their best to keep him calm while giving his vaccinations. My dog gets anxious in new places and they are very patient with her. I will definitely keep coming here ‍⬛

I’ve gone to Dr. Sill & other vets at this facility and never really had an issue until today. I’ve dealt with the waiting game at their office, or lack of responding but today was by far the worst experience. When I told them I was not happy with them not providing correct documentation while trying to board my dog, the “office manager” just kept saying “ok” and nothing else. When I asked if that’s all she was going to say she asked me what did I expect her to say? Oh, I don’t know…. Your offices lack of providing correct documentation and giving me false information almost cost me my trip with my family since I wouldn’t be able to board my dog! Luckily, I was able to get a distemper shot at Farm and Fleet for $15. Who knew! Save your money from now on! Poor, awful, heartless customer service and the last time. Cutting ties today.

My family and I have had many pets over the years that Dr. Sill has been our veterinarian for. I can't say enough good things about her and her practice. We have ALWAYS (over the span of roughly 30 years) had outstanding, heartfelt care for our pets. Dr. Sill is genuinely a good person, and she really cares for her patients. She takes the time needed to make sure not only her furry patients are comfortable, but so are the human parents. She radiates love and devotion to her job, and we always know she will be honest with us. We appreciate her so much and are so thankful she is our vet.

While Dr Sill is a good vet, the business is a joke. Staff is ignorant and not friendly. Takes multiple calls to get proper paperwork sent anywhere. Staff can never seem to give you a straight answer on vaccine dates. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Called this morning with a sick cat . They were double booked unfortunately. But.. The girl on the phone was amazing. She gave me really good advice and insisted my cat be seen by someone today. She told me to call around to other veterinarians offices. COYOTEE had an absess. He was rushed into surgery at another office. I called and made a follow up appt. Thanks for caring for my sweet cat. You are all so helpful all of the time. I am so Thankful.

Dr. Sill is one of the best vets you will find anywhere. You can tell that she truly loves what she does and that she loves and respects her patients. Have been taking my dogs to her for over ten years and there has never been a problem. The support staff has always been helpful and professional.

Our dog has been cared for here since she was a puppy. Recently, the clinic staff connected us to an emergency animal hospital but when treatment was not viable, they worked with us without hesitation to help her cross the Rainbow Bridge. Everyone was caring, sensitive, and flexible. We deeply appreciate their help.
