Back in August, my daughter had broken her arm. Brought her to Advent for an X-ray and was told she just sprained it that she was okay. The next day, they called me back saying the X-ray tech looked over her scans and it actually was broken that I could bring her back in a week. ?
I took her to TC Thompson that day and they confirmed it was broken then and there and splinter her arm. Made an appointment to see an ortho that week who also confirmed the break.
I can't believe advent missed it, even I could tell it was broken on the pictures and I've had no schooling, and then to tell me I COULD bring her back in in a week. Not that I should, or should get it splinted/casted. Will never go back here.

I love the doctors, nurses and staff at Redmond in Trion. Everyone is always extremely friendly and caring. They even call the day after to see how I'm feeling! Now that's family! I've always been able to get an appointment when needed and never had to wait more than 10-15 minutes to be seen. I highly recommend Dr. Richey and his amazing staff!

My husband goes here and the doctors are ok but the staff is horrible. They rarely ever get back with him about his medicine and he is constantly having to call them but they never answer. They keep sending it to the wrong pharmacy and he ends up going without his asthma medication for days because they won’t pick up the phone.

Fantastic staff and doctors. I came in the monday after the easter 2020 tornadoes that struck Chattanooga and northwest georgia with what turned out to be shingles on my face and in my eye. I had no appointment and was just turned away by what was my regular doctor because evidently if you dont have power and internet access you cant practice medicine. The staff at Redmond family care worked me in within 30 minutes of my arrival
and gave me excellent care. Now they are my family's primary care provider and I recommend that if you are looking for top notch family medicine then go to them. They are the best doctors and nurses in chattooga and walker county in my opinion. They dont just run you in and out. I can ask questions and the docs take their time to answer and explain exactly what is going on and what the treatment options are. They also welcome patient input and take your concerns about your treatment seriously.

Unbelievable how bad this place has got. Called them twice last week and of course, had the leave a message. I ran out of medicine and needed someone to call in refills.. NO ONE returned my call, although the recording says they will call you back that day. This is not the first time this has happened. I finally got a call back after I left a message, for the third time, on a different extension stating I needed to know how to get my medical records because I need to find another doctor. I hate that you have to go outside the county to find good service, especially health services. Makes me feel bad for the ones that have trouble, or can't get to other places on their own.. I have been seeing Marc for years and hate that it has come to this, but it is ridiculous to have to call them, leave a message and not get called back. Just not very professional. Shouldn't have to leave a message at a doctor's office to begin with.

I love Dr wilder! He is so concerned about his patients and there health. He is wonderful with my son! We also like Dr Richey but see wilder most of the time. Great office and great staff! Been going for years and wouldn't go anywhere else!

I had been seen at Floyd Primary Care in Summerville I was diagnosed with neuropathy and all they wanted to do was throw pain medication at me they weren't willing to find out what the underlying cause was. On the other hand Redmond Family Care in Trion has me scheduled for blood work they were very courteous and very knowledgeable. I finally feel like the doctors are going to help me now at Redmond. They have a fabulous staff and I'm excited from the outcome. Redmond will always see my family and myself for now on cuz they're great!

My wife, recently diagnosed with MS, waited an hour past her appointment time before walking out. She was never offered an explanation as to why, and the other patients in the lobby came and went back as if nothing was up. I have been a patient here for 10 years, but that ends today. I tried calling to file a complaint and was hung up on. Customer service is the worst I've seen in a health care environment.
