I recently moved to Fresno. During my move I lost my dog's immunization records. I doubted Fancy Grooms would accept my dogs. When I called I was surprised to hear that it didn't matter. Making things better, they had an immediate opening. My dogs were well taken care of and groomed well. The staff was friendly, professional, and devoted to the needs of my dogs.

Absolutely love the staff here!! Everyone is so pleasant and welcoming. Brought my little guy here and they did such a great job on him!! He got the cut I wanted him to have. They have add ons as well and are decently priced. This is the third dog groomers place I’ve been to and they are by far the best!! Definitely recommend if anyone is looking for a permanent groomer for their dog!

We have been taking our doodle Frankie to Jackie for the last 3 years and absolutely love it here! She takes such good care of our pup and he comes home looking like a million bucks. They take their time and make sure to pay attention to detail. We always get so many compliments on our dogs hair while we are out on walks. I know when Frankie is at 100% Fancy Grooms that he is being loved and cared for.

Worst place ever, took my pup in for grooming and at 4 pm, went to check to see if they were done. The employee gave me the wrong dog, all else, they barely started cutting my dog”s fur and its around 4 ish and they closed at 5 pm. Never bringing my dog here again. Also they cut the corner of my pup left eye, when spoke to owner, tries to dries it and says he had it after he leaves. SMH, unprofessional by all means.

First off this was my time here in Omg I'm so happy they took care of my puppy Peanut so well his cut came out too cute and he smells so good and his teeth is so white for the price I paid was so worth it and it wasn't expensive Fancy Grooms is the best see you for are next appointment. O yeah and customer service awesome I would give them 100 star if I could.
