I’m very happy with Pawsitive Styles. They came to my home met/took my German Shepherd into their mobile spa. He was returned looking and smelling fresh. Pawsitive Styles used great communication, were timely and did excellent work. I rescheduled right away and would recommend to all dog owners.

We LOVE Pawsitive Styles and Lynsey is the best! She has worked with me as I have learned about how to care for a new bernedoodle! Lynsey is so compassionate and thoughtful in how she cares for my puppy and I am very thankful to have such an excellent groomer that comes right to my door. I highly recommend Lynsey and her incredible team. They are timely, organized and offer exceptional service!

Mikaela has such a loving manner with my two large Great Pyrenees mixes. I was concerned they would be extremely difficult to groom, given they were rescues. Nope Mikaela figured it out and slowly introduced them to grooming.
They are so gorgeous now.

Inexperienced groomers. Nicked my dogs belly, which I didn't notice till is scabbed over. I tried to cancel my appointment but could not figure it out on their app. By the time I had service again to text the number, I missed the 48 hour cancellation window by about 3 hours. They were not helpful, dismissive, argumentative and demanded I pay a $125 fee. Its not like I canceled the day of, or even the day before! They offered zero grace, even when my dog had been injured. Zero out of ten - do not recommend.

This dog grooming business is the best by far in Santa Cruz county. Our dogs made an instant connection with both Courtney and her colleague which made me so happy. You can truly see that these groomers are the best, love their careers, and really care about their furry clients. Both of our babies looked amazing and it was nice to not have to race to pick the dogs up! Everything is done right in front of your door and is SO convenient.
