I absolutely loved this grooming experience, I take my labradoodle & beagle, Silvia has been so patient and her work is always above my expectation! I know my dogs feel safe in her hands, and they are always ready & freshened up with their glittery nails, smelling wonderful I wouldn’t groom my furry babies anywhere else !!

Will not be returning. Adopted two dogs and this was the only place that could get them a trim in such short notice. They had a spot open first thing the next day. This should’ve been my first clue but it wasn’t. They were dropped off at 9am and didn’t pick them until 3:30 in the afternoon. I had to call to ask if everything was ok b/c we didn’t hear anything. They did not provide water whatsoever as both drank a bowl when we got home. Needless to say, we have scheduled a cut with a reputable mom and pop groomer in the area.

I took my golden doodle here for the first time and was so specific on what I wanted I told the groomer multiple times I did not want my dog short haired because I loved his shaggy look I just wanted a trim on his body to remove some dry puppy hair that was lingering. when I picked up my dog I didn’t even recognize him and I was so shocked I couldn’t even find the words to argue with them I am so incredibly disappointed but thankful his hair will grow back and I know not to return I will note that everyone I encountered was kind, so truly it was a bummer that they completely ignored my request
