this is the second pet supplies plus i’ve gone in where i had a problem and the person there was a raging jerk about the problem. i can’t change my dog’s food last minute, obviously, but these people are forcing me to do that bc they never keep the dog food in stock properly. when i asked about it they told me “well it’s in stock, i stocked it.” well i was literally there and it wasn’t there so why the attitude? anyways @ cody, hope you know your attitude is the reason i’m not going to pet supplies plus anymore, period. the one by my house is crap and this one is crap and that’s AFTER it took MONTHS to get a problem with my account straightened out (bc someone else was USING MY ACCOUNT and these people didn’t notice!!!). over this chain!!

I went in today for the first time to use their pet self wash and I definitely will return. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The self wash was very clean and easy to use.

We always go in with our dog for a dog wash around 8-8:30 knowing the store closes at 9pm, and usually the dog wash closes a little earlier. However, keep in mind there are no signs posted as to what time to do it yourself dog wash actually closes. This hasn’t been a problem any other time we went in, and we finish up very quickly and leave before the store even closes. However, this time, when we arrived at 8:28pm, we were told the dog wash was closed and they weren’t letting anyone else in. We questioned this after seeing another customer JUST walking in to the dog wash at that exact second, and were told by the blatantly rude employee that they were the last customers of the day. Why would you decline a sale of a customer willing to pay, that would be entering the wash at the exact same time as someone else? Keep in mind, our dogs were the same size and had short hair, so that was not a factor here. We then told the employee that when we usually come in around this time, it is no problem at all and they don’t let anyone else in the wash after 8:30pm….to which she replies “well it’s 8 twenty something so..” listen, I’ve worked in retail before, and I get how annoying it is to have customers come in right before something closes, but to allow one customer in seconds before us, BEFORE 8:30, sounds ridiculous to me. The lack of signage about what time the dog wash actually closes, conflicting information from employees, and extreme lack of basic customer service skills at this location is ridiculous.

Put back the sales rack please. I don’t have time to go through the whole store looking for bargains. The sales rack offered diverse options at a low cost. I would like it back.

Thanks for the response. Please inform your staff! I was there close to 3 pm today and the cashier did not know where the sales rack was located.

I just adopted a new one year old rescue dog. It was my first time shopping for her. The store is well stocked and the staff are helpful and friendly!

Had a fabulous visit at this store today . The owner , Amee (I hope I spelled that right ) was super helpful . He helped me load my cart cause I’m pregnant and couldn’t lift the dog bag . He was super sweet about it and I appreciate that with all my heart .
Cody was awesome too at the checkout he helped me load my car . Store was super clean and easy to find everything . Normally I shop at the oak lawn store but this will be my new favorite store to shop at . Thank you so so much for a great experience.
