I brought Tucker in due to him limping and he was assessed by Lauren and the Vet and it was decided he needed to sign up for physical therapy at Canine Rehab. He also needed to lose weight.
Tucker went to Canine Rehab for 14 sessions and he was so well treated and loved going every time we went.
His limp has reduced considerably (barely there) and he’s lost 8 lbs. I highly recommend Canine Rehab for any of your dogs needs. They are the absolute best.

Lauren and her team are superstars! A neurology specialist vet told us our case was “hopeless,” but thanks to the amazing help from CROC, our Murphy is on his way to full independence again! I cannot say enough about their honest, kind, insightful approach to helping save our boy!

Our beloved pug had surgery for patella luxation and ACL (CCL) repair. We were told that Physical Therapy was optional - can't hurt, can only help, but not necessary.

After 12 weeks (the full stated recovery period from the surgeon), our boy was still tentative and appeared to be struggling with lingering stiffness and arthritis from the injury/surgery. He would still regularly hold his leg up until he got going. While structurally the surgery was a success, we weren't satisfied with this as the final outcome for him.

It was a big decision on where to take him for care. We got referrals, asked around, called around, and did our research.

While it wasn't the most convenient location for us to get to, once we visited the facility and did the consult with Lauryn and Dr. Heidi, we had a great feeling.

Well that feeling has paid off as today our pug officially "graduated" from his treatment program. From the management, to the therapists, to the facility, to the front desk staff - it was a great experience. Our dog couldn't wait to run into his sessions.

The level of care, attention to detail, time spent, communication, and partnership they form with you for your dog's unique recovery process was amazing.

While he'll never be "as good as new," he's as close as possible and ready to return to his normal life. We couldn't be happier and the feeling of finishing our course of treatment today was bitter sweet. We and our dog will miss our visits!

We would recommend C.R.O.C. to anyone in our circle, and they would be our first call for any future needs. Thank you!

I have been bringing my dachshund Dexter to CROC since his spine surgery in 2020. The entire staff here is amazing and I know that he is in the best hands and getting safe exercise and therapy he needs to keep him strong for the long term. I love that they provide all elements of physical therapy in one session. From stretching and massage to obstacle courses and water treadmill they really do it all and I credit them for getting my boy walking and running again after his surgery. Keep up the good work guys!

BEWARE!

In response to your reply below, I told you she had a recent bone scan which specifically showed osteoarthritis in her right hind ankle. I provided you with a detailed medical history with contact info. I offered to drop-off a copy of all her recent diagnostic reports(X-rays, bone scan) but, you said the vets don’t always provide the owners with the complete medical notes. I brought her in per my vets’ recommendation for water treadmill therapy, not another “diagnosis.”

I brought my 6 year old Bull Terrier mix to CROC for acupuncture and water treadmill therapy for pre-diagnosed osteoarthritis to her right hind ankle. Unfortunately, the CROC vets chose to ignore her pre-diagnosis reports (via bone scan $1800) and determined after a 45-minute $200 assessment, she needed knee surgery in both legs!!! Upon leaving their office in tears, I immediately called Bailey’s surgeon for a follow-up appointment to discuss CROC’s “diagnosis.” Upon a thorough re-assessment ($160), the surgeon found NO signs of knee ligament issues. Once this report was sent to CROC for their review, I called and asked the Owner, Lauryn for a refund for CROC’s mis-diagnosis, not to mention the stress and anxiety they inflicted and the additional $160! She declined. I submitted a complaint with BBB and am waiting for CROC’s response. Our appointment was September 20, 2022 at 11:00am.

I will spare you the sad details that got us to take our 6 month old puppy to CROC and just say that Lauryn and her entire team completely transformed our life, as well as our puppy's. His surgeon was almost sure we'd have to amputate his leg, which at one point seemed like the best option for him to have a normal, healthy life. Rest assured that miracles can absolutely happen, and so does medical brilliance and hard work. Within 2-3 months he was running, jumping, standing on his two hind legs and gained 90% of his injured leg back-- even after a badly broken femur + crushed bone at the connecting hip joint with severe muscle loss and atrophy due to inactivity while he healed from surgery. I cannot recommend this place enough. They will all have a special place in our heart forever and we are beyond blessed to have found them.

After our dog was partially paralyzed by IVDD and needed surgery our Vet recommended we have him go through a rehab program ideally with hydrotherapy.

We did research and called around to several different providers, but the professionalism of C.R.O.C. stood out as we tried to get into get an evaluation and treatment plan.

Unlike some other providers we were able to actually get through on the phone and talk with someone, and our emails were promptly returned.

Thank god we went with Canine Rehab, Lauryn and her team are truly miracle workers.

We thought that Archer was likely destined for a cart, he had no use of his right leg and his left was stiff and unable to move when we started rehab.

A few months later and he's able to get around on his own, stand up and balance, stretch and move without pain and we have hope that he's going to continue to improve and lead a much happier life.

IVDD is terrible, can strike out of nowhere and completely rob your pet of their former lives.

Canine Rehab completely changed my dog's recovery from IVDD and if you have any recovery needs for your pet you owe it to them to get the best treatment possible.

From hydrotherapy, acupuncture, cold laser, ultrasound etc they have a variety of different treatment options that are tailored exactly to what your pets needs are.

Also just as important, the workers there are true animal lovers. They are so good with our dog, and really do a great job with the animals.

I can't recommend them highly enough, if your pet needs help, give them a call.
