Nampa is one of my favorite Zamzows stores! They really know what they're doing. I've never been disappointed in the help or products here. Their houseplant inventory is abundant right now ?. Lots of beautiful plants that I haven't seen anywhere else! If you're looking for reptiles please GO HERE first before looking at places like Petsmart. They really care for their animals and won't let you leave with one unless you are fully ready and educated on care. Unlike places like Petsmart they won't let someone buy an animal if it is too young or not yet adjusted to its environment. They may be a bit more expensive than chain stores but from experience now I know it is all worth it!

When someone calls for something specific, don't be worthless and say. " I don't know, you'll have to come check them out." That's a 40 min drive I will not make because you couldn't walk and look.

Went to go get some plants yesterday. The sun was shining, weather spectacular for gardening and getting some new trees and bushes.

Arrived to the store at 6:05 PM to not be able to look at any plants, as the store had already closed down their garden area outside.

Now I'm all for companies getting things done towards closing time but the store hours said closing at 7 PM.

The store had multiple people in it too. Try to support local/small business to go next door to Lowe's, bought tons of plants, checked out and left before 7 PM, the time that this store should have been closing.

Maybe start closing duties a little closer to closing time.

I like Zamzows. I went to look for an Aloe Vera plant and lo' and behold I found one! It was probably 4-5 yrs. old. I was astounded by its size and beauty. They also have animals in there.

I’ve never had any issues with this location until today when I had an employee argue with me infront of other groups of customers in the reptile area about the size of rat I was getting for my 4ft ball python trying to talk me into getting an African soft hair (tiny, same size as a rat weanling) when the Idaho reptile zoo (where I got my snake originally) told me they were feeding large rats to this snake. The employee quite literally refused to sell me what I asked for. People can feed small chickens and rabbits at the size my snake is. I will be buying my feeders elsewhere.

After purchasing products from you I have questions about application schedule. I’ve tried calling both Meridian and Nampa stores for the last several days and only get recorded message saying you are busy. Just checked Nampa store on line and it says not busy. I don’t want to play phone tag with you so guess I’ll just wing it and hope I don’t kill my lawn. You do know you have competitors, right?

The dog food prices keep getting more and more outrageous! I have mentioned having some sort of loyalty program like other places to which I have been told they have talked about it in meetings but have no plans to start. A sign in the store reads that they think their prices are fair ?
