Very helpful, love the little hamster we got from them. They are very knowledgeable about different pets and pet products. A little more expensive than other box stores, with regards to their products, but definitely worth the expertise regarding the animals.

We absolutely love this place. The quality of customer service is just beyond exemplary. They are all very kind and helpful. They also have healthy fish. My only regret is not going here first for some fish. They did not make us feel stupid and instead help us understand things. We highly recommend this place for your aquarium needs. Small business with high quality customer service.

Been coming here for over 20 years. Back then it was fish, cats and dogs that we shopped for. Now it's just cats. They have a good selection of toys, food and grooming accessories. We found our cat's favorite crinkle balls: Yay! Will be back for more of the interactive toys you can add catnip to. We are thinking of adding fish to our family again. This will be our go-to source.

Always fun to look at the current population of animals on hand.

Nothing against the employees here or the supplies but do not get live animals from here. My family and I have gone here for years and have had no issues other than with our pets bought from there. We bought a ferret a few years back from them that had an ear infection and was severely underweight when first buying her. This year a friend received 2 rats from them which we all were told were boy rats. These “boys” had several babies the next few days. Every single baby has unfortunately passed due to a rat mite infestation from this pet shop. This is very disappointing and I, nor my family, will buy animals from here again.

The staff tried to be helpful, but they really had no knowledge regarding the fish. Bought several fish and food. There was rust dripping off the tanks, into the tanks below. Fish that I bought aren’t very healthy and I’ve already lost 2. I won’t shop there again and certainly can’t recommend this location. They also had a cute kitten, but she was very lethargic. Worrisome situation for all the fish and animals

I really enjoy Duncan's!!! I purchased most of my fish and frogs there. All my pets are healthy, fat and mating! The ladies working there are all excellent helpers. There is always someone who can help me. They permit me to peruse and watch the fish as long as I like. Always willing to order anything if they don't have it, and they have so much packed into what appears to be a tiny shop! Love to buy from a family owned business! I trust their advice and kind services! I highly recommend this pet store to anyone looking for a high quality personal service for their pet care needs!

The store itself is small and a bit awkwardly shaped. It also really smells due to all of the animals and could use a couple air purifiers. I got my young (yellow sided) female green cheek from here and I absolutely adore her! She’s healthy, was from a local breeder, and was already on pellets which made my life easier. (Their birds do come clipped from the breeder) I’ve had her for about 2 months now and have had no health issues or any other worries about the animal. She’s incredibly sweet and loves people, she flew on me within an hour of us being together. Their cages, reptile enclosures, and fish tanks were clean. The lady who helped me was incredibly nice and gave me a small bag of the pellets she was eating. ⚠️BEWARE THAT THERE IS A FREE ROAMING CAT IN THE STORE SO IF YOU ARE ALLERGIC DO NOT ENTER THE STORE (he is very sweet and will accept some pets)⚠️
