Update: it's been 2 weeks since I sent an email to the address Homedale Rehab Authority responded to my review with. I've received no emails or calls as a result of my email.
I have two different physicians for two different parts of my body so I had two physical therapy orders. According to Trace since there were 2 orders I had to do PT for an hour and a half 3 times a week. I told her that I'd rather focus on the part that hurts the worst and put the other order on the back burner as I want to change physicians for that part of my body anyway. She had an attitude with me and said, "well, we're really busy and I made special appointments for you." I really wanted to say, "if you're so busy then me cutting your time in half at an appointment should be welcomed." I also wanted to say," you can't legally make someone have medical treatment they don't want." But I pick and choose my battles and Trace wasn't worth the aggravation. So now they have more time in their "busy" schedule because I'll be notifying my physician as to why I didn't go to them for the part of my body I wanted to work on first. Enjoy your extra time in your schedule. Maybe you can help someone else instead of trying to brow beat them into doing something they're not comfortable with. You never know what someone has going on in their personal life, no need to try and make them feel bad because you did a little bit of extra work in scheduling a few double appointments. Very unprofessional. I'm sure I'm not the only person to have 2 physicians and 2 orders.

I have been happy with the knowledge to improve my health.
They have been very kind and professional with all the therapy at the clinic. I appreciate all the help with the extended exercises to be done at home. Staff is very polite and kind, thank you.

I love Scott, Trace and Regan. They really love their jobs and make sure to make their patients feel comfortable and welcome.
I also have felt better for being treated here. I've been a mess and they treat me with empathy and compassion and really know what they are doing. I appreciate you all and can not recommend Rehab Authority of Homedale enough. Thank you.

The team at RehabAuthority, Homedale, Idaho are wonderful! Every team member is compationate, empathetic, and professional.
From the time I first walked in the door, to the end of each season, I felt welcome and cared for.
I had a total knee replacement, and the team tailored my rehab sessions based on my current abilities, which grew over time. When I had a few days of excessive swelling they backed off and didn't push me to try to go beyond my limit. At the end of six weeks I had significant improvement in my balance, flexibility, and strength.
I can walk normally now! ?
Thank you Trace, Scott, Reagan, Kayla, and Ethan! You're all ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ in my book!

I was in constant discomfort because of an injury i suffered after several visits, I am back to feeling a lot better. Reagan was such a pleasure to work with and I looked forward to our conversations. Scott really listened to what I said made my injury worse or better and developed a plan to help. Trace was always accommodating to my schedule. I would absolutely recommend this place.

Scott, Regan, Trace and team really made my experience enjoyable. I started in rough shape, they treated me with kindness, respect and understanding. 'Graduating' physical therapy was bittersweet knowing I wouldn't be seeing new friends every week.

Such a wonderful, friendly and very inviting atmosphere. Not a number and known by your first name each time you walk in the door. My son made amazing and very quick progress in his therapy!! Highly recommend !

I had been experiencing leg issues where I could barely move my right leg and it impacted my ability to walk and get things done. I ended up at Rehab Authority through a referral from the VA. I found everyone who works here to be really friendly and a joy to work with. While good attitudes are important at the businesses I visit, the most important part I suppose is that within a a few weeks I gained most of my leg functionality back and have improved a bit with every session. I have a few more issues and plan to use them to help for all of them.
