Rainbow's End Recovery Center is a very welcoming place. All of the staff were outstanding. The outside area is very beautiful but alot of upkeep, that residents didn't utilize. The staff took the residents out on outing, that was awesome to see the area, as well as going to the local AA meeting. Even though it has been the first time of in patient rehabilitation, the counseling I felt was more focused on trauma addiction. My experience with the caring staff and the individuals I was able to spend time with at Rainbow End, I am very grateful for. Thank you.

1st heard of this place 2021 at the end. Wife was here after we lost our son 5 months into the pregnancy. Rainbows End was there to help with the lost of Elzy and my wife who drank over losing Him.
Because of Rainbows end and the staff here my wife made a huge great recovery and since she did her and my mom thought it's a good time for me to come in. Dec 20th 2024 and now leaving tomorrow January 19th 2025. It was a good thing I did come in not realizing how bad my drinking was Every day and night i was drinking. Seeing pictures back to back with in 20 days apart I look younger and better. All the meals are Great and super healthy too. Thankyou for both discounts for us having to pay out of pocket for wife and I. But most important thankyou for helping and showing me sobriety and the tools to stay sober for my kids to have their dad back.

Since they’ve tried to remove this review trying to hide it, I’ll repost it… and there response is also disgusting… he’s dead… after trying to get care from you guys and now you reply with places we can send him? Where exactly are you to send ashes for recovery?
They’re more worried about extorting money from addicts and their families… which is exactly why my brother got removed from their facilities and then died 2 weeks later being turned away for help. And he isn’t the first or the last to have the experience my brother did…

Facing tough times and a broken life, the decision to enter residential treatment can be daunting and filled with uncertainty. However upon arrival those worries quickly fade and the ability to focus on wellness and recovery become paramount. Rainbows End is a true healing center with compassionate staff and exceptional accommodations. Diverse treatment and a variety of group activities make each day engaging and fulfilling. The easy part is getting through the treatment stay, but the support that continues after is genuine and offers the cornerstone that continued sobriety can build from. I recommend this facility to anyone needing the help and an advocate. All the staff will embrace you with kindness and encouragement.

The staff IS GREAT!

My Complaint is about the " Cleanliness " of the facility. The Website photos are misrepresenting the CURRENT (2024) condition of the facility and the property on which it sits. There is an unhealthy, LARGE amount of mouse droppings, dirt, cobwebs etc which indicates a "surface cleaning". (I live on a farm, so it's not like I'm not accustomed to dirt or animal hair ... Just not IN my home !) There's a Very uncomfortable presence of dirt in the bathroom that hosts the garden tub ... Just outside the window, closest to the "garden tub" , sits a heavy LAYER of mouse droppings covering both patio chests with padded seating. There's NO way possible to enjoy a relaxing sit there ! The aerial view of the grounds IS NOT even close to the current condition. Weeds have overgrown the equine area, (poor horses?) along with broken down Fences. Not"pretty" to look at if trying to decompress after group meetings for sure! Unkempt grounds overall Truly disappointing. The rooms sport Antiquated window A/C units with dirty filters clogged with dust and animal hair preventing the unit to keep the room(S) at a comfortable temperature during hot days, and FANS... lots of fans to try to circulate the inadequate cool air the A/C units are TRYING to produce... ending up unsuccessful for the cool air but successful in the circulation of the dirt etc.

These things were difficult to overlook, especially when the owner, Nancy, is regaling of her European trips, New York " Culinary Experiences " and her boasting of "keeping her wardrobe" stylish in comparison to places "abroad ". It would be best for her to not speak of those kinds of things In front of, or directly to, clients, when it's obvious MANY demands for cleanliness, INSIDE and OUT would benefit from her means to attention of the facility. Those of us who "hear" are not impressed by the content of her sharing her "experiences abroad". But more overtly concerned with why she doesn't invest into BETTERING the atmosphere of the facility. ?(Pretentiousness IS NOT an attractive quality, Nancy.) I'm certain the cleanliness would be substandard to what Nancy would tolerate for her own experience... here and ABROAD.

The Facility and grounds REALLY REQUIRE the FUNDS to CLEAN and UPDATE the living quarters and grounds. People NEED to feel they are worthy of the simple Courtesy of cleanliness ... Especially during such a hard time in their life .

The meals are OUTSTANDING ! Dee, the cook, goes above and beyond to meet the dietary needs and requests. Her preparation from beginning to end is VERY Clean, professional, and at the highest end of experience in providing delicious, healthy meaIs and even decadent deserts and "treats" for Clients and staff. DON'T CHANGE ANYTHING ABOUT DEE!❤️❤️❤️

Edited after owners response below: Condition of the grounds was Secondary In the Complaint. The MAIN Complaint was the lack of cleanliness INSIDE! Maybe better understood as : " Disgusting living conditions" having nothing to do with OUTDOOR maintenance!

Highly recommend!
The staff are very highly trained to help you dig down deep, to your core.!
Not only do they help give you life skills but also the skills to help you forgive yourself, your shame, your resentments & begin to love the person who stares back at you in the mirror!
Each counselor has such amazing qualities that they bring to the table to make the perfect team!

This place is a joke. It’s a fly fishing lodge masquerading as a treatment facility. It’s in the middle of nowhere, in a tiny town full of racist county sheriffs and other small minded bigots. They are nice as long as you keep paying them the thousands and thousands of dollars they demand for “treatment.” Nancy is an interesting woman, but the moment there is a problem with your insurance or things get too real she will turn her back on you. She is in this business for the status and money, not to help people. She has always had money and has no experience with medicine, addiction treatment, or even dealing with the real world problems addicts face.
Rainbows End is a glorified day spa, an elitist retreat for those who need to be coddled. They are not capable of handling real addicts who need genuine, life-saving treatment. Save your money and find somewhere else.

Sober for almost a year and a half. Saved my life at the ripe age off 22. Life was an utter wreck before arriving. I was in a treatment center in Mississippi that was really horrible.. until I transferred to RERC. Best possible place for me to heal. I’ve heard horror stories of people in other centers and when sharing my stories they are in shock of the difference. I can 100% positively say that this center is magical compared to a hospital setting. I also met some of my best friends at RERC. Thank you to all the counselors (kevin, Wayne, rob, Patrick, buck) and to Nancy and her staff ?
