Jeanie is a sweet lady who cares about dogs and does an excellent job. I had never been happy previously with our soft coated wheatens grooming but Jeanie knew exactly how to cut her and it was perfect ?.

The first time I took my dog to have him groomed by her she charged $50 and done a good job (kept him a while but done good). This time she charged me $60 for a feet, face and fanny (said she charges $90 for a full cut). I dropped him off at 10:30am and didn’t get him back until 5:00pm, 6.5 hours is a ridiculous time to keep a dog to groom him especially when you had an appointment. She also cut and nicked my dog everywhere. Including his ears and shoved cotton balls in them and didn’t tell me. I’m not happy with his cut, the time it took, or the price I paid.

They did a great job on Shiloh. I was worried about leaving him, and they promised me that they would take extra care of him. I still worried until I got there to pick him up. They were finishing him up and he was on the table, and he was very calm and seemed to be enjoying himself. I will be using them again.

Jeanie was the only one who could groom my dog . He was aggressive when it come to getting a haircut. She was awesome with him and took time with him.
