Our family's first, Brittany, was a rescue, and she had a tail. We fell in love with a Brittany with a tail. We decided it was time for another Brittany as we no longer have Penny. We decided to rescue a Brittany again as a foster to adopt. Unfortunately, she did not work out because our Schnauzer and her did not get along. So, we decided to hunt for a breeder that would allow us to get a Brittany puppy with a tail. The owners at Edenbright Brittany's are excellent and super honest. Edenbright Brittany's knew we lived near Chicago, IL, and offered to introduce us to another breeder much closer. However, we are not a hunting family. We wanted a quality pet/performance Brittany with a tail, so we stayed with Edenbright and could not be happier about the decision. Living so far away from South East Georgia, Edenbright Brittany's provided plenty of videos of all the puppies and great temperament traits reviews. When we are ready for another Brittany, we will choose an Edenbright puppy.

We found Edenbright while on a quest to find an ethical Brittany breeder who doesn't dock tails. The process was incredibly thorough and transparent. It’s clear Nicole cares deeply about her dogs and who she places them with. She talked at length with us about our family and especially our other dog who is very anxious and has some reactivity issues. Puppy picking is really a matching process, as fit within the family is taken into consideration.
Our boy Hopper is 16 weeks now, and we talk all the time about how he is exactly the dog Nicole said he would be. It’s amazing how well she gets to know their personalities and really understands temperament and what to look for. Hopper is well—adjusted, people-oriented, very smart, sweet, goofy, and so adorable. He was 99% potty trained the day we got him because of Edenbright’s excellent program. These puppies aren’t kept in tiny cages or baby pools. They’re loved and played with and exposed to the world early. I can’t say enough good things! If you’re looking for a great dog from a wonderful and ethical breeder, you’ve found it!

I had looked all over for a reputable, high-quality Brittany breeder, and I knew from the moment I first spoke to Nicole that we’d be moving forward with her program. We wanted an intelligent, social pup who was able to relax and self-regulate in a home environment - and that’s exactly what we got.

Ollie is the sweetest puppy in the world. We get multiple comments every day from friends / trainers / strangers about his wonderful temperament, intelligence, and looks. We live in NYC, which can be overwhelming for any dog, but Ollie settled in so well. He was basically potty trained by the time we got him at 9 weeks old and had picked up other elements of training super quickly.

Nicole runs a great program and I have only positive things to say about the experience! If you want all the Brittany fun and spunk, combined with a very valuable off-switch when the time comes, then I highly recommend Nicole’s pet-quality Brittanys.

Edenbright Brittanys is a prime example of what to look for in a quality breeder. I was put at ease from our very first conversation. I was very impressed with the way she took the time to hear about my family and what we were looking for in a puppy, since we already had a Brittany in our household. It is apparent that she takes great care to ensure that her puppies go to good homes that will be the right fit.

All of her dogs are well-cared for, and she is very transparent about her process of socializing each and every one of her puppies. Our puppy was even almost completely housebroken when we got him at 9 weeks old! We also love having access to a Facebook page for all Edenbright owners, it is so much fun to scroll through pictures and updates of our puppy’s littermates and cousins.
