I adopted a cat on 11/16/24 they told me it'll be 3 weeks before we can get them it's been more than 3 weeks atp I really just want my money back because I feel like I got finessed it shouldn't take this long to get something I already paid for

Drove 1 hour and half and made it right at 5pm to save 2 animals that were on the euthanasia list. I was told by the staff that there was nothing they could do since they close at 5pm and the system is down. But I’m confused as to why they would rather euthanize animals than give them a happy home to someone who literally dropped everything to rescue them. This team needs to be trained on compassion and empathy. If you’re in this line of work for just a pay check, then you are a sad individual.

The people here are really friendly and helpful. I went looking for one new farm puppy, and ended up adopting two puppies and a pig ?. I love that the dogs and cats are spayed/neutered and vaccinated before they go home. If you go to adopt from them (and I hope you do) be sure to bring cash for the adoption fee. I really can't say enough good things about the people and the facility. The lobby and the kennels all look clean, but there's no offensive smell of heavy cleaners or fragrances. Things seem to be kept orderly and everyone I met was happy to help with any questions I had. Fantastic work they're doing here, I really appreciate these wonderful people!

I felt compelled to comment after watching the behind-the-scenes video of this "animal shelter." It deeply saddened me to see how animals can be treated this way. These creatures are God's creations, and they deserve nothing less than love and care. ❤️‍?

Videos of the staff abusing the shelter dogs, learning that they not only don’t give these dogs a chance to get adopted out, the urgent dogs are rescue only even though there is nothing wrong with them! It’s just because they are out of space! And when rescues try to save the urgent ones, they don’t answer. They don’t allow volunteers to advocate for these animals. SAVE THEM FROM THIS TERRIBLE PLACE AND CONTACT THE NEWS
