We adopted our Lilo from here! The staff here are great caring people that love these babies. Everyone was super friendly. Thank you staff for all that you do. Lilo is as happy as she can be and no longer shy and skittish!

Absolutely love this place. I just adopted a new family member named Bruce. He was fully vaccinated and microchipped. They also were sweet enough to give me a goody bag of a couple bones and a lot of treats. They have so much information on adopting a new pet in to your home, i really appreciate them so much. All of the workers were so nice and personable.❤️

I came here to help my grandma adopt a small dog and the staff were super caring and very professional!!! I could tell they really care about these animals and the whole place was very clean !! We picked the perfect dog and she’s in love!!! Thanks again I recommend anyone who needs a dog or cat to check them out!!! ?

I wish all of you that are reading this could call me or meet with me and speak in person, because I am forming a group of citizens that now total around 16 in number with similar complaints as mine. All of the complaints in the reviews I have read (in my opinion) are spot on!! My own personal opinion, that formulated through personal experiences (from the outset of my involvement with these people over an eight month period) is that most, if not all, of the personnel l delt with at this animal control shelter are unprofessional, unethical, grossly disrespectful, complacent and have pathetic attitudes! They are incompetent, inept, and downright liars. I can only imagine how the animals there might feel I would absolutely never recommend this facility to anyone for any reason. I have already contacted the governor's office and am now preparing to call the department of agriculture etc. I will not stop fighting to have these people removed from their prestigious positions. How they were appointed .... I'll never understand! Remember fellow animal lovers.."there is power/strenght in numbers!! My experience with these people was, is, and will likely remain emotionally devastating!

I must agree with the post that I have read on here. The lady that came to the door today was VERY VERY VERY RUDE, not even a hello how may I help you.. This was my first time visiting there and will be my last. I just had to put my fur baby down as of Wednesday and I was already hurting, but the way she came to the door and addressed my concern was very nasty. If a person has to make an appointment you all need to update your website and updater your employees. I would not buy a flee from this place!!!!!! Due to the unprofessionalism of that woman on today 5-26-2023@ 11:15a.m.. If you talk to a human like you did, I can only image how you are treating those poor animals.....And another this its not what is said to a person it is always how you say.. Also fix the sign on the door if the lobby is closed or as I stated early update your web page.

I have in multiple occasions called to get them out to help these 2 poor puppies tied up 100% of their life in the back yard of a neighbor. This is a year later and the puppies aren’t puppies anymore. And guess what!? They’re still tied up! In nasty conditions! I also didn’t even want to give these people 1 star.

Just the thought of our Angel being picked up by Animal control was terrifying enough. Not knowing where she was or the treatment she would receive. All that to say, THANK YOU to the staff at LCAS for showing love to her during her visit with you all. We appreciate it.
