I was in the rehab at Texas Health for a week and a half. It was time well spent. After a hip replacement and elbow surgery, I felt helpless. Each day I worked hard to get stronger and understand how I could get through the days ahead. Micah was the best PT I could have had. Sophie was the best OT I could have had. I went home strong and and knew how to get stronger. I highly recommend this facility and their entire staff.

My husband had been in ICU for 3 weeks and intermediate care for 2 weeks before coming to Presbyterian Rehabilitation. He was so weak that he could not stand unassisted. The doctors and nurses and therapists gave him exemplary care and his improvement was incredible during his stay. I highly recommend Presbyterian Rehabilitation.

Unfortunately my wife fell and broke her hip early December 2023. After spending almost a week in the hospital she transferred to Jackson rehab. We live in Dallas and after talking with our friends who had experience with rehab that was the first choice.
Every one on the staff was excellent. The PTs and OTs really helped my wife prepare for going home and being safe with continuing outpatient rehab. Everyone was knowledgeable and all the Doctors/PAs took the time to answer her questions. When she had issues with other aspects of the fall, they ordered additional tests and prescriptions to ease her concerns.
Dr Bryarly brought empathy, energy and a smooth patient communication style that delivered even bad news well.
You should want to work to recover to do your best here. Three to four hours spread over the day every day is normal. While I hope we don't have to go back it would still be our first choice.

I had the bad luck of having a stroke while visiting in-laws in Dallas. I had great luck in being treated for my stroke by thein-house rehab unit at the Texas Presbyterian hospital. The Ots and PTs were simply marvelous. They are tender and caring, knowledgeable persons willing to challenge a person to get on their feet again and start moving in a loving and supportive way. Dr. Briarly was simply magnificent in her caring and explanations of my condition. She communicates her knowledge to a lay person effectively in a way that builds a hope for recovery. She and her staff went above and beyond to serve. Thank you for your contribution to my recovery. I would recommend this in house rehab to anyone with enthusiasm and without reservations. On a scale of excellence from 1-10. I would give you folks a12!

Dr. Bryarly and her staff at the inpatient rehab facility were caring, professional, and effective. The therapists were proactive in finding new ways to treat an old stroke and he came home stronger and more confident. Very thankful for the time there!

Everyone was was great they were fantastic from Dr, staff social worker, housekeeping, tech,nusing,food service everyone was fantastic. I had wonderful group of people. PT, OT ST.
