Such a great team of friendly, patient, and knowledgeable staff! New to the area so I had lots of questions regarding boarding and de-shedding services. I enjoyed browsing their boutique area and seeing all their clients parade around 🙂 Puppers is ready for the Georgia summer now and I can tell she will be well cared for when we book boarding services soon.

I just picked up one of my babies from a bath and groom. My pomskies undercoat was in need of attention, on short notice I called yesterday and they were able to get him in this morning. We opted for The Works and deshed. He came home looking and smelling so good.

As far as boarding, I absolutely love this place to board my babies! The boarding is so reasonably priced and I’m able to board both my dogs at a fraction of the price compared to other boarding facilities. My dogs are always so excited to arrive and see the staff. And I love that I get email report cards with photos of how their stay is going. I also follow them on Facebook and it’s always exciting to see posts of my boys having a good time.

They are absolutely amazing with all my pups!! My dogs go to daycare with Ryan and he’s amazing with them. Both my dogs are always so excited to go to daycare. I highly recommend them!! They have been taking care of my youngest dog since she was a puppy and they have done an amazing job. We have an 18m old lab, 4yr old hunting dog and an 8yr old lab. All three have been cares for so well. When my 18m lab was having health issues they called me immediately to inform me.

Genuine care coupled with superior customer service is wildly difficult to come by these days! Brian who works here at Mugus consistently shows the most amazing and genuine care for my dog, which is even more awesome since my fur baby can be a bit anxious. Brian's care extends beyond performing the duties of a job; he is highly sincere about making my dog and me feel completely comfortable and at ease. Huge huge thank you to Brian and this awesome business!

RIP BLUE. It’s clear that these owners have no business running a boarding facility. I cannot imagine the horror of coming home from a trip to find your Great Dane has died in their care, MUCH WORSE to be lied to about the entire situation and being gaslit about it as well. All because you were negligent!!!! The amount of 1 star reviews prior to this instance (even TEN years ago) speak volumes as well. My doggie daycare calls even when my dog will hardly eat, a note these people should take.

I understand wanting to defend your business, but when you know you are in the wrong it’s time to stop lying and own up to the fact that you did that poor baby WRONG instead of arguing with people on social media.

All the folks here were very friendly and made me feel comfortable boarding my dog, Rosie here for 4 days. They all did their best to make Rosie feel welcome by loving on her and giving her treats to calm her nerves because she had never been boarded before. She was happy to see us when we picked her up. We will use Mugus again in the future!!

I would not advise to have this business care for your babies. These aren’t the type of people you should trust with your pets if you’re going to be away for more than 24 hours. One fur baby died from bloat. Many other dogs suffered injuries and unexplained wounds. They have excuses on why your pet doesn’t “eat” or is not acting like their normal selves. These care takers seem to be very irresponsible, neglectful, and inconsiderate. For them to be pet owners they sure don’t act like they care for animals. The place itself also needs to be remodeled or up kept. It looks worn down, and it doesn’t seem like they care about it either. Just because you “sanitize” doesn’t mean you take care of a place. If I were you I would just spend a couple of more dollars and board your babies else where. Yes they are cheap or “affordable” but sometimes cheap isn’t always good. Please do your research on these places!!! You just never know and it isn’t worth the cost of your fur babies life bringing them here.
