Amazing customer service!!!! We got off the plane on Christmas Eve and I called since it was so close to them closing and the gentleman said if I was close he would wait!!!!To say the least we got there before they closed and we are now able to spend Christmas with our dog. I was just impressed with I will wait response if you are close. Our dog was taken care of and I got pictures of her daily. I just wanted to say thank you and I do recommend this kennel!!! Their customers do come first!!!! I will be using them again.

I can't say enough good things about Dog Mountain in Braselton! They provided exceptional care for my fur baby, Brownie. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Brownie had a fantastic time exploring the spacious play areas and socializing with other dogs.

The facility is clean, safe, and well-maintained, which gave me peace of mind while I was away. I could tell that the staff genuinely loves animals and takes the time to ensure each dog receives individual attention and care.

I highly recommend Dog Mountain to any pet parent looking for a loving and fun environment for their furry friends. Thank you for taking such great care of Brownie! We'll definitely be back!

I recently had the pleasure of using Dog Mountain for my furry friend, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. Autumns took the time to get to know my dog and made sure all of their needs were met.

The facilities are top-notch, clean, and well-maintained. My dog had plenty of space to play and socialize with other dogs, which was a huge plus. The staff provided regular updates and photos, which gave me peace of mind knowing my dog was in good hands.

What stood out the most was the genuine care and affection the staff showed towards all the dogs. It's clear they love what they do, and it reflects in the quality of care they provide. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable and loving place for their pets.

Absolutely the best! Bo and his staff are so welcoming. The facility is sparkling clean, smells good and all of the dogs look like they are having a blast. I came in today for a nail trim on my Pug, but will definitely use them for boarding in the future. Head and shoulders above any other facility I’ve seen.

This resort is phenomenal. The entire place is very clean and well taken care of by the staff. All of the employees are incredibly welcoming and helpful when it comes to questions.
Logan is a phenomenal groomer — her attention to detail is incredible. She knows how to take care of the dog if it becomes stressed and shows so much love before, during, and after the grooming session. She provides so much feedback about the dog’s session to owners and any concerns they need to look for in the future.
You want a great groomer, ask for Logan. The results are perfection and they always smell amazing!

Impressive. Professional. Capable. Friendly. Responsible. There is a distinct, remarkable difference between Dog Mountain and other local dog daycare. This was our first visit; we will definitely be returning for more extended stays. When you walk in the door you just have a sense that your pets matter and the entire staff is aligned to providing the best pet care. DM provided the most attentive and thorough daycare evaluation my dogs have ever experienced, which to me indicates total commitment to every pet in their care being a priority. Highly recommend!

THE BEST!!! My dog has had issues at every other overnight stay except for Dog Mountain. I feel so comfortable when he is there because I know he is safe. The service here is amazing, and they care for each and every dog equally. Love love love Dog Mountain!!!
