We're visiting the area and my dog has skin issues so she needed a medicated bath. They cleaned the tubs after some very hairy gsd came though. She was extremely nice and helpful with everything we needed and sold us on the dirty dog card.

Kayla, the groomer, does my dog Dutton and has for years. She informed me that a person she went to school with(that they didn't get along) came in and said that she was mistreating MY dog. When he realized she worked there. Which I know DID not and WOULD NOT Happen. She has done my dog for 6 years, and we both love her. ❤️ wherever she goes, I go ?
Not to mention, the whole place has cameras, and she sent me the video (which i didn't need because I believed her), but it proved even further how spiteful some people can be towards others.
I will ALWAYS take my furbaby to Kayla 🙂

Love that they have cats for adoption from the shelter. I went for fish supplies and there were a lot of options. Animals seem well taken care of. The employees were nice. You can have your dog groomed there, there was a dog being washed while I was shopping and the worker did a great job, the dog looked content. My first time visiting and I really enjoyed this pet store. It’s not as large as the big chain pet stores. I liked the smaller cozy atmosphere.

I am working to care for a rehomed husky mix. She is so sweet, but pulls, and has anxiety. I came in for a harness and leash. JC greeted me as soon as I came in. I explained what I needed, and she went on to tell me several options and even helped out put the harness on. She was so helpful and kind. She truly cares about animals. Thank you JC for taking the time to help. I didn’t catch the cashiers name but he was also very helpful and kind. They truly care and note my note dog is calm

Love the store. My main problem was with the groomer who almost cut off my dogs dew claw and didn't say anything. I found out because she couldn't stop the bleeding as she bled all over the store a blanket in my car and our home. We had to keep her in the kitchen and make up some cornstarch to a paste and have it on there a while to get it to stop and was charged more than I was told, which I don't think I should have been charged at all . Now I can't bring her or my other dog there. But do come there for other things. Like the store not confident in the new groomer.
