I've used Gabby for over 30 years. Her and her staff work hard to give you the best service possible. Her and Jo Lee are 10 times better than Petsmart and Petco!! I promise you won't be disappointed in their work.

Love our little grooming shop in Pembroke. Gaby is so friendly, and you can tell she will love your pet while they are there. My golden doodle always looks great, and the prices are so reasonable!

This place is amazing. I have never experienced such wonderful care and customer service concerning my pet. I had to make an unplanned trip to Florida to visit my sick elderly mother, and I have a cat who is recovering from liver failure who I could not leave with just anyone. Gabby and her coworker took Susie my cat in, allowed me to bring her favorite things from home and agreed to give her her medication and feed her as ordered by the vet. They went above and beyond what anyone could have expected. They truly care and bond with the animals that are interested to their care I saw that first hand. When I picked Susie up they met me late at night, and Susie was obviously very calm and content even after being left in a strange place. I give them five stars I would give them 10 if it was possible.

My girls always come back looking perfect. They work with me to get all 3 in at the same time & on whatever off days I have. I wanted a local groomer after my terrier came back from a big box store embarrassed by her haircut. Gaby gets it perfect every time. Also nails are done with a grinder so they're smooth.
