I had a great experience at PetWorks. The owners and the one employee I met were all very nice and extremely helpful.
The store itself was clean and had everything I was looking for.
The store is filled with many of the highest quality brands and their products.
From foods to toys, there are many options for both dogs and cats.
If they don't have something you're looking for, ask, they can most likely get it in for you.

I just love this small business!!! The owners and all employees are true animal lovers and make sure you get the best for your furry friend! They are knowledgeable about the different dog food brands and also support local small businesses by selling locally made treats and toys in store! Definitely check them out and support this small business!!!

I DT St Pete, and just adopted a new dog. I was so overwhelmed with choices! Food, snacks…
The owner, spent time with me and my new dog Sophi… I got snacks that she loves, toys that are good for her. Plus, Robert, the owner, took the time to educate me on all of the healthy food selections for my new girl. I want my dog healthy, to have real food, not processed foods. I so appreciate all of the time the owner spent helping me. Plus, they recommended a CBD supplement for my girl to help her relax, Since she has separation anxiety. It has helped a lot.
No drugs!

My dog hates getting groomed (tries to alligator roll, nips, etc.). For years I’ve groomed himself but I decided to try professional grooming again. I let the groomer know about his behavior and they have done an amazing job! I’ve been here twice now; they’re the fastest groomers I’ve ever seen and the staff is professional, polite, and kind. They have even managed to get his nails clipped (the bane of his existence lol). Downtownians this place is a must!

My family has been shopping here for years. Today I had the most off-putting, offensive experience with the cashier/store rep. My husband and I stopped in with our baby after shopping at the Saturday Morning Market (relevant because we had intentionally left our dogs at home, as we didn’t want them overheating at the farmers market). The person working was immediately rude to us, disparaging us for “bringing in a baby, not even a dog.” This person then proceeded to call my son an “it,” continually remarking on how “it’s actually kind of cute” and “it’s not repulsive” and “it’s not that ugly.” The whole interaction was wildly out of pocket and offensive. She was rude to my husband when he was offering his name & phone number for the rewards program lookup, saying that she prefer to denote a wife instead of a husband. Our dogs are the cornerstone of our family, and we were excited to pick them up some bones since they couldn’t join the outing. Unfortunately we won’t return here, as it was very obvious today that this worker had a problem with our family.

The bones we buy there are from Al Cabone’s in Tampa, and they’re a great product. We will just order them directly now.

PetWorks has a great selection of vetted pet products and foods. I am impressed with the amount of detail, care, and knowledge that Kelli and Robert have put into ensuring they know the products they sell, as well as their customers! With the recent addition of their grooming services, I've never felt more comfortable leaving my Pom at a groomer. I know she's in great hands, and Sarah does an amazing job. PetWorks is truly the only pet market in the Tampa Bay area that offers such unrivaled concierge-level service and has far exceeded any expectations.
