We just recently took our dogs Nova and Choko to them as we just moved to Ocala less than a month ago and needed a groomer we are very pleased with the services and the cost is very very reasonable. We would definitely recommend them…

I took my two pit bulls there, I was a little worried because of their size and appearance to vets and groomers etc. That being said I took them here after having a lovely chat with Cindy the new owner on the phone. Upon arriving she was just as nice to me and my fur babies as she was on the phone! I don’t make many reviews but this business is worth a shout out. My pups came out looking fresh and clean and I was happy to schedule my next appointment with ease. 5 stars really isn’t enough when you have a genuinely great atmosphere and professional service!

I called Whiskers & Wags because I could not get an appointment with the usual groomer until late April. Charlie is an 81 lb Sheep-a-doodle. I called and was given a good !!! Price for a cut/bath/nails/ears with an appointment for the following day (today). I spoke with the owner (Cindy) today when we arrived. I gave her specifics on Charlie’s cut.
When I picked him up, he looked the BEST he has ever looked. I thanked Cindy and set up another appointment for Charlie. Cindy was awesome!! The place is super clean and Cindy was super Nice!!!

I have had my older, little Maltese groomed twice with Gina at Wags and Whiskers. She does an excellent job and is very attentive to the cut I want for my little dog. The first time I took her there Gina made me aware of an issue with her anal glands that I was not aware of and now I know to have it taken care of regularly at my vet. If you are new to the shop always tell her what type of cut you desire and length and Gina will do it.

New ownership!!! Breath of fresh air!! Took my 2 Great Danes to this location! Usually I have an issue because most places won’t them or they can’t handle that big of a breed but the owner Cindy here happily took them in and handled every step with expertise! Very nice and clean location. I will not take my pets anywhere else!!!!!
