Love this place!!! They cared for our guinea pig as if he were their own. The doctors and staff are top-notch, and you can tell this is not just a job for them, but truly a passion. Their prices are very reasonable, and Dr. Smith even discounted part of our bill because of the extensive amount of time our baby had to stay there. They work so hard and are incredibly devoted, and I received many calls to update us well after hours from the doctors who were caring for our guinea pig. If not for the EBH, our baby would not still be with us. Thank you Dr. Smith and all of the wonderful staff at the Exotic Bird Hospital! May God bless you all!

I called Exotic Bird Hospital because I have Macaw that's sneezing. I was able to get an appt to see a vet within 2 days. Everyone there was very nice, Dr. Nix was extremely professional and knew how to treat my Macaw. I would highly recommend to anyone who has exotic birds or other animals that if you need a vet, this is the place to go!

Had to take my bearded dragon in today for a little checkup on her tail. They were able to get me in the same day, and everyone was so kind, so friendly to my dragon, and so knowledgeable. I learned a lot from the staff and the vet! Highly recommend.

I had an amazing first vet experience with Dr.Stevenson and vet tech Jammy were so patient with my questions. They explained everything thoroughly and put me (and my bird) at ease! The entire staff loved on my boy and made us feel welcome. Very reasonable prices for exotic care, and so nice that they have toys/perches/food in-house! Will definitely be back for future care, beak/nail trims, and even toys!

Today was my first time at this that place and it was phenomenal. I did go in the review section to hopefully respond to the woman that I had ran into in the lobby today. Though I was extremely uncomfortable, I was in turn, extremely impressed with how professional the front desk workers handled a very disgruntled woman. You could tell the woman was having a morning based on the bags under her eyes( now it never matters what you're wearing, but high heels, sweatpants and a crop top do tell a story when the person mentions cocaine off topic. ) The workers were nothing but respectful and protective to the owner's pet when the owner was not to them, and sadly, the bird did make a little face when they saw mom yell. Watching this woman escalate And continually say phrases repetitively, that made no sense continually prove that she was not listening to what was being said to her which was very concerning, however, the front desk did phenomenal in respecting her throughout the whole thing and staying calm. She kept saying she was gonna write a review on google but I guess I beat her to it.
