Recently, I had the worst experience with the vet at this animal hospital. We adopted a kitten from a local rescue and as days went by his health was slowly deteriorating. As we arrived at the hospital early due to his complications we were told to drop him off and he will be seen shortly after by Dr.Costas, upon receiving a call from her not only was she very negative and rude about the course of treatment which the facility did not even offer. We picked up our very ill kitty and the doctor did not have the courtesy to greet us or explain the complications. I will not be returning at this hospital due to the lack of compassion from the vet and the staff.

Ive been going to this hospital for years and the last 2 visits i have had to deal with Dr. Costas for the first time. Now she by far is one of the rudest doctors i have ever met. From the moment she enters into the room her attitude is written all over her face and see the reviews on Multiple platforms about her i can tell im not the first who has encountered this with her. All the other office staff is super nice and super helpful and have been for years with the 3 of my dogs that i have taken there. But Dr. Costas well she is just a different bread. Now its time to look for a new vet that atleast has a smile on their face when they enter a room and willing to be more helpful towards an animal
